Actor Zachery Ty Bryant is facing felony DUI charges for the fifth time after he was arrested last week in Oklahoma.

Early in the morning on October 25, officers in Custer County saw a man sleeping in the back of a vehicle. When they walked up to investigate, they identified the person as Zachery Ty Bryant. After talking to him, they decided to let the former Home Improvement star continue napping in his car.

It was reported that a while later, the police spotted Bryant’s vehicle being driven and performed a traffic stop. Bryant was reportedly behind the wheel, and according to body-worn camera footage, he allegedly admitted to the officers that he was driving the car while under the influence of alcohol and said he had been drinking since the previous evening. The footage also reportedly showed Bryant struggling during the roadside sobriety tests. When the police asked him to consent to a breathalyzer test to check his blood-alcohol concentration, Bryant reportedly declined.

A woman from Bolingbrook, Illinois, is facing multiple charges after the police asserted that she was driving under the influence when she was pulled over for allegedly driving without a bumper on her vehicle.

Just after 3:00 am, officers from the Joliet Police Department reportedly saw a Hyundai Elantra being driven without bumpers, which are legally required. They initiated a traffic stop, and the female driver pulled to the side of the road.

An officer approached the driver’s side window, and when they first spoke with the woman, they alleged that she smelled like she had been drinking alcohol and showed several indicators of intoxication. They also reported that they saw open containers of alcohol inside the Elantra. She was asked to take a roadside sobriety test, and the woman reportedly consented.

When a Florida woman believed to be driving under the influence of alcohol was asked to take a roadside sobriety test, she performed several dance moves instead of following the officer’s instructions.  

On April 27, a woman was driving her vehicle within a mile of her residence in Madeira Beach when she reportedly caused a car accident. It was reported that she slammed into the back of another automobile. 

The police arrived at the site of the collision and spoke to her about the incident.

A Georgia man reportedly jumped off of an overpass bridge and dropped over 50 feet into the woods while the police were detaining him for suspicion of DUI. 

Just before 3:00 am on July 8, 29-year-old Kevin Bynum was driving on I-75 in Atlanta. 

Bynum was spotted by officers from the Atlanta Police Department. They believed he was driving his vehicle in a manner that indicated he might be under the influence.

A woman suspected of driving under the influence allegedly performed a couple of different styles of dance for the police during one of the steps of a roadside sobriety test. 

38-year-old Amy Ann Harrington lives in Madeira Beach, Florida. She is employed at a bar located in the nearby city of St. Petersburg. 

It was reported that on April 28, Harrington was driving in Madeira Beach when she got into an accident with another vehicle. Harrington allegedly hit the back of the other driver’s vehicle.

A Maui man with more than one conviction for DUI allegedly crashed into another vehicle and drove off without interacting with the alleged victim. 

41-year-old Joseph Pietzki lives in Maui, Hawaii. He was convicted for driving under the influence for the first time in 2012 and had a second conviction the following year.

On an evening last week, Pietzki was reportedly driving around the local area.

When a Tennessee woman was taken into custody for allegations of driving under the influence, she reportedly resisted arrest and attempted to choke herself with the seatbelt inside the police vehicle.

On September 22, 25-year-old Ariel Chamberlin was reportedly driving her Lexus in Hixon, which used to be unincorporated, but is now part of Chattanooga. Chamberlain also had two male passengers in the vehicle with her.

Officers from the Chattanooga Police Department were patrolling in the area where Chamberlain was traveling, and they reportedly spotted evidence of expired registration.
