A married special education teacher at a high school in northeastern Illinois was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in a classroom last December.

On March 15, the mother of a teenage boy who attends Downers Grove South High School was setting up her teenage son’s new cell phone when she spotted disturbing messages containing discussions about sex. The other party, believed to be the teen’s soccer coach and tutor, allegedly messaged the boy about how much she liked their physical encounter. According to reports, the alleged connection between the two started in a classroom on campus before a tutoring session. The boy reported that he later realized it was wrong and ended things with her. His mother reported the situation to the police, and an investigation was opened.

On March 16, the woman and her husband were pulled over by Downers Grove police while driving in Chicago, and she was told to get out of the vehicle. The woman, who was visibly upset and crying, was taken into custody. She is expected to face charges of two felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one felony count of criminal sexual assault against a minor. She was released with the condition that she is not allowed to enter the high school or have contact with anyone age 18 or younger.

A 23-year-old alleged domestic violence victim was arrested after reportedly trying to shake down her mother-in-law for $50,000 in exchange for dropping the charges against her husband.

According to reports, on May 19, a Miami, Florida, man and his wife got into a fight. It was reported that during the incident, he issued a death threat to her friend. He also allegedly slammed his wife’s head against the wall.

When the police came, the man was taken into custody and booked into the Miami-Dade County Correctional Facility. He was incarcerated on a $26,500 bond for two counts of false imprisonment with a deadly weapon, and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A Pennsylvania man was taken into custody after allegedly entering his ex’s home without permission and calling 911 to tell the authorities someone struck him with a baseball bat. 

Early in the morning on February 18, a man from Curwensville reportedly sent his ex-girlfriend several text messages. 

The man allegedly went to her house uninvited and then left again.

A Florida man reportedly pretended he was a New York state trooper in an alleged attempt to have his ex-girlfriend arrested by reporting false claims about the woman. 

37-year-old Claude Francis Tristram is from the Florida Keys. 

According to reports, Tristram had been in a relationship with a woman, and when it concluded, she received a court order preventing him from contacting her in the future.

A Florida police officer has been accused of sending inappropriate sexual text messages to a teenage boy to try to get him to take part in illicit acts. 

30-year-old Juan Antonio Garcia has been an officer with the Sewall’s Point Police Department for approximately five years. He also operates a taco truck. 

A now 15-year-old boy who has reportedly known Garcia since he was 10 works on the food truck.

41-year-old Heiry Calvi was a teacher at John I. Smith K-8 Center in Doral.

J.C. Bermudez Sr. High School shares their campus, and both schools are a part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

A mother from Hialeah allegedly asphyxiated her 5-month-old daughter and shared a video of the incident with the baby’s father.

19-year-old Bryunna Joyce recently gave birth to a baby girl. She also has a 1-year-old. Joyce and the newborn’s father are no longer in a romantic relationship.

On June 6, Joyce and the baby’s dad had reportedly been arguing.

A Florida man accused of attempting to murder his ex-girlfriend with a gun reportedly yelled out declarations of love while being detained by deputies.

39-year-old Aaron James Thayer reportedly works in Connecticut since 2002, but he had a long-term relationship with a woman in Flagler County, Florida. The pair first united when the woman was 13-years-old, and they have a young daughter.

According to his girlfriend, for the previous few months, the couple has not been getting along. The woman reported that things had always been toxic between the pair and that Thayer had become physically abusive after she turned 18. They recently reportedly ended the relationship.

50-year-old Raffaela Spone resides approximately 20 miles from Philadelphia in Chalfont, Pennsylvania.

Spone has a teenage daughter who is a cheerleader with a traveling squad called the Victory Vipers.

The dean of a Florida school and his wife were arrested after it was reportedly discovered that they gave marijuana and alcohol to their teenage babysitter and her underage friends for years.

38-year-old Adam Thayer is the dean of students at the Pinellas Academy for Math and Science charter school. Thayer and his wife, 37-year-old Misty Mitchell-Thayer, reside in the unincorporated community of Palm Harbor in Pinellas County, Florida with their 7-year-old twins.

Approximately two years ago, a girl who is now 17-years-old was providing babysitting services for the Thayer’s children.
