On Saturday afternoon a man allegedly used a riding lawnmower to shoot gravel rocks at his roommate’s family, leaving the woman and her 9-year-old injured and damaging a vehicle.

72-year-old Johnny Dewitt Manning of Galveston County, Texas, shares a residence with a divorced woman who is the mother of a 9-year-old daughter.

The woman and her daughter were dropped off at their home by her ex-husband on June 9 just before 3:00 pm.

On Friday, a Louisiana man was arrested on suspicion of numerous charges after he reportedly tried to physically assault an employee at a casino. During the suspect’s arrest he also allegedly made several threats toward the officers and their families.

A man visiting the Hollywood Casino in Baton Rouge on July 1 allegedly got highly upset with one of the workers in the establishment and appeared as if he might become physically aggressive when he jumped over a table and began threatening the staff member. Another employee stepped in and grabbed the man to prevent him from getting close enough to harm the person he was angry with.

The authorities were alerted and upon arrival, they discovered that the suspect was Clifton Jeanpierre III, 27.

A high school student and her mother are facing charges after they allegedly assaulted employees of the institution.

Danazia Whitfield, an 18-year-old deaf girl, attends DuPont Manual High School in Louisville, Kentucky. On April 26, she was sent to the assistant principal’s office due to a dispute she had with a teacher and another student.

Whitfield placed her backpack in a spot that was obstructive while she sat outside of the office and a school security monitor picked it up and moved it to a less intrusive place.

Within a few hours of their beach wedding ceremony, a Florida couple is facing charges after they became intoxicated and had a physical altercation.

Davenport, Florida, couple 61-year-old Daniel Gillen, and his new bride, 49-year-old GeGee Riposta, had their wedding ceremony on Clearwater Beach on Sunday, April 29.

During the celebration following their exchange of vows the newlyweds allegedly imbibed a bit too much causing them to become intoxicated. Gillen and Riposta then spent what most people consider one of the happiest days of their lives quarreling on and off throughout the affair.

A man onboard a flight on Sunday night was removed from the plane by law enforcement, who had to employ a taser to get him to comply after he allegedly started an altercation with a couple seated near him and became unruly.

A couple seated on American Airlines flight 2446 reportedly had an encounter with another passenger when the woman alleged that the stranger had inappropriately touched her. The accusation caused an argument between the couple and the man, who was later identified as 28-year-old Jacob Garcia of Chicago.

The airline manager intervened and in an attempt to diffuse the situation he assigned Garcia to a new seat away from the people with whom he had the dispute. Garcia was reported as making racially insensitive comments toward the couple after being asked to move.

A South Carolina man reportedly attacked officers during a drug arrest causing one of them serious injury and harming another. He is facing several charges for the assault.

Demetrius Lamont Jamison, a 26-year-old man who resides in Orangeburg, was walking home on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. He decided to walk through a wooded area near the Craven Lane Trailer Park to get to his destination.

At the time that Jamison was walking officers from the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety were in the process of investigating a report that there had been gunshots fired at the trailer park.

Two South Carolina sisters are facing charges after allegations that they abducted their neighbor in an effort to perform an exorcism on her based on the belief that she was the victim of a possession.

Brittany and Tiara Jones, sisters who reside in Columbia, South Carolina, suspected that their 56-year-old neighbor was possessed and they allegedly decided to intervene in what police have called an exorcism attempt.

On March 19 the Jones sisters reportedly snatched the woman from her home against her will and detained her. During the time the alleged victim was held by the Jones’ they were said to have used a cross to assault her in an attempt to purge the suspected evil from her body. The woman was also not given any nourishment during the lengthy period she was captive.

A second-grade special education teacher was allegedly hit in the face by a student with autism in her class when she removed his iPad from his possession and he became upset. The teacher has filed battery charges against the child in response to the incident.

DJ, an 8-year-old boy who suffers from autism, is a student in the second grade at the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Autism is defined as a condition which can present itself in a multitude of ways affecting social skills, communication, and behavior. The varying symptoms and manifestations of those with autism have been linked to “different combinations of genetic and environmental influences.” The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that as many as 1 out of every 68 children in America are diagnosed with autism.

On March 31, a Florida man allegedly approached a stranger who was tending to the landscaping at his home and attacked the man with the gardening shears he had been working with.

Around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday while a man was gardening in his front yard he was reportedly caught by surprise when someone with whom he had no prior acquaintance allegedly began attacking him until his gardening shears were taken from his possession. The assailant then used the tool to stab the victim in the head until a passerby intervened and tried to take possession of the shears.

The alleged attacker ran away and headed toward the nearby Choctawhatchee Bay where he reportedly entered the water naked and remained there until four Walton County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived. The deputies worked to subdue the suspect but the man began to struggle and was said to have attempted to pull one of the officers underwater.

Authorities reported that they responded to an incident on Monday involving a plastic toy gun employed as a makeshift weapon in an alleged attack after a Florida dog owner used it against a man whose canine was bitten by his dog.

Near 8 p.m. on March 12 31-year-old Thomas Phillips from Gainesville was strolling with his unleashed dog in an area of the Lake Crossing Apartments complex designated as a dog run. 33-year-old Matthew Hester was out for a walk with his dog in the same area, but his dog was contained on a leash.

Phillips’ unrestrained pet allegedly ran from his side advancing on Hester’s dog, biting and attacking him. When Hester reportedly attempted to break up the dogs his pup found a way to wriggle free from the collar and leash it was wearing. He then began using the apparatus as a belt to swing at the attacking dog.
