A driving instructor who allegedly had a blood alcohol content that was almost three times over the legal limit was taken into custody and charged with DUI. 

54-year-old Gregory Sorensen lives in Pasco County, Florida. It is reported that he is an instructor for student drivers. 

Just after 11:30 pm on April 1, Sorensen was driving his vehicle on US 19 in New Port Richey.

After a West Virginia man was in a single-vehicle crash and arrested for driving under the influence, he allegedly pulled out a beer and tried to continue drinking at the police station while he was being processed. 

Just before midnight on March 26, 56-year-old Dwight Coffelt was driving in Randolph County with a passenger in his truck. 

Coffelt got into a wreck, and when the authorities arrived, they took him and his passenger to a nearby Par Mar store.

When a woman who was suspected of driving under the influence told an officer that she had not been drinking, her 9-year-old son disputed her claim and told her to admit to the police that she had. 

49-year-old Kristin Wiley is a language arts teacher at Vero Beach High School. She has a 9-year-old son. 

Just before 2:00 AM on March 20, Wiley was reportedly driving with her son in the car when she passed an officer who was interacting with people involved in an unrelated incident.

Kathleen Kane, the former Pennsylvania Attorney General, was arrested last weekend after a car crash for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. 

In 2013, Kathleen Kane served as the 48th Attorney General of Pennsylvania. She is also the first woman elected to the position.  

Kane’s time as Attorney General ended when she resigned after being convicted of felony perjury, and many misdemeanors including oppression, obstruction, and conspiracy charges.

A driver who was assumed to be intoxicated and passed out at the wheel was arrested after a child was seen hanging out of the car window by passersby who reported it. 

Last Sunday, 24-year-old Dominick N. Ludwick was driving in Ogden with a 2-year-old girl in the vehicle. 

It was reported that when Ludwick was near a local intersection, he was seen slumping over the wheel of the vehicle. The passersby who spotted him reported that they noticed the car because a young child was hanging out of the window.

An executive for the Boy Scouts was placed under arrest when he was allegedly found intoxicated and surrounded by empty bottles of alcohol in his vehicle while wearing his official uniform. 

39-year-old John Burke resides in Deltona, Florida. He is a senior district executive for the Boy Scouts of America, Central Florida Council. 

Around 11:00 PM on March 7, Burke was reportedly parked on a dead-end street and sitting inside of his car. It was reported that the man was wearing his Boy Scout uniform.

A Florida Man celebrating Mardi Gras and operating a golf cart was arrested for driving under the influence when the police pulled him over due to an alleged failure to use his headlights. 

24-year-old Joseph Anthony DiDonato lives in Wildwood at Lakeside Landings, which is in a community next to The Villages. 

In the evening on March 1, DiDonato was in The Villages near the Lake Sumter Landing waterfront mall.

An Amish man in Pennsylvania was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol after police allegedly saw him navigating a horse and buggy so fast that caused the wheels to spark. 

20-year-old Ray Byler resides in the unincorporated community of Sigel in Jefferson County. 

In the afternoon on February 20, the Brookville Police Department received more than one call about someone who was operating an Amish horse and buggy in an unsafe manner.

A school bus driver in Florida has been accused of having four times over the legal BAC while he drove an afternoon route carrying 40 middle school student passengers. 

60-year-old Mark McNeil lives in Ormond Beach, Florida. He is employed as a bus driver for the Flagler County School District. 

On the afternoon of February 9, McNeil went to work to pick up a bus for the afternoon run at Buddy Taylor Middle School.
