A man is facing many charges after he was accused of imprisoning his girlfriend and torturing her for a month until she was able to free herself. 

29-year-old Saul Ortega resides in Modesto, California. He recently reportedly started a relationship with a 25-year-old woman that also lives in Modesto. 

Last Saturday, the woman notified the authorities and said that she had been kidnapped by Ortega and held for about a month. She reported that she was able to escape.

A man who allegedly openly posted online about selling counterfeit vaccination cards with the intention of becoming wealthy is facing charges after the authorities found out about the scheme. 

23-year-old Amar Salim Shabazz lives in Owings Mills, Maryland. He was released from incarceration in the Spring after serving a sentence for possessing child pornography.  

According to the authorities, Shabazz started to offer fake vaccination cards using his social media accounts to advertise. He also allegedly openly shared that he planned to become rich from the sales.

A man who allegedly walked into his neighbor’s apartment without permission reportedly told the police that a snake told him to do so. 

52-year-old Jessie James Terry lives in an apartment complex in West Monroe, Louisiana. According to police records, he has had several prior run-ins with the law. 

Early in the morning last Wednesday, Terry allegedly went to the apartment of one of his neighbors. The man reportedly went to the back of the unit and tried to open the door.

A Nevada woman on an airplane reportedly dismissed the rule to wear a mask while on the flight. While she was being arrested, she allegedly proclaimed, “Let’s go, Brandon!” 

Katrina Alspaugh is from Las Vegas. 

On November 21, Alspaugh was reportedly a passenger on an Allegiant Airlines flight.

When Henry Ruggs III was released from custody for allegations of DUI after a fatal accident, he was ordered to comply with strict conditions of which he reportedly did not follow. 

22-year-old Henry Ruggs III was a wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders. He signed a four-year contract with them in July 2020. 

At the beginning of November, Ruggs was in an automobile accident with another vehicle. The driver of the other car did not survive the crash.

A couple was arrested after the female allegedly performed oral sex on her male companion while they were waiting for a ride in the back of a police vehicle. 

24-year-old Yordan Noa and his girlfriend Summer Watkins, also 24, were reportedly driving on I-75 in Collier County. It was reported that Noa was the driver and Watkins was in the passenger’s seat. 

Just before 2:00 am, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper spotted the vehicle and found out that it had a “seize tag order,” so they initiated a traffic stop.

A man in a Louisiana Walmart was accused of using a laptop in their store to view porn and publicly pleasure himself. 

Early in the evening on November 19, a patron of a West Monroe Walmart went to the electronics section and began to peruse the laptops. 

The shopper reportedly stationed himself in front of one of the machines and began to utilize its functions.

When a woman was jailed for allegedly driving under the influence, she reportedly took the underwire out of her bra and tried to use it to escape. 

In the evening on Halloween, Susan Mae Sheppard, a 59-year-old living in Central Florida, was reportedly in an automobile accident while driving an SUV. 

It was reported that the collision took place at Walgreens in The Villages.

After a standoff, a man from South Dakota was arrested for reportedly shooting a gun in a gas station store, and it was discovered that he was wanted for sexual assault of a minor.  

According to reports, around 8:30 am on November 16, a man walked into the Airport Market in Stanton, Kentucky. 

The owner of the store reported that the person came into his store and pulled out a gun. The man allegedly asked for cigarettes before ordering the owner to call the authorities. One gunshot was allegedly fired at the ceiling.

A purported protestor who reportedly drove his Jeep erratically in the parking lot at a COVID-19 vaccination clinic was arrested and charged with more than one criminal offense.

On November 11, a New Hampshire state mobile vaccine clinic was set up at the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester. It was reported that it was a special visit to the site because they had just begun giving out the COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5-11.

Several kids were at the location, and the museum arranged for some activities to help create a fun environment. The director of the museum stated that they gave the children chalk and let them draw on the sidewalks, and a bit of music was played for entertainment. It was reported that approximately 400 people were in attendance.
