When the mother of two young children reportedly slammed her car into the vehicle in which her kids were passengers the alleged act was seen as intentional by the authorities.

On Friday, March 8, 22-year-old Kendra Kerry Boyd and the father of her children, 21-year-old Philip Clapp, were allegedly having an argument regarding their child custody arrangements.

Boyd and Clapp were both operating vehicles during the time period that their current fight had taken place, and their two children were riding in the car that their dad was driving.

In response to child abuse allegations that the authorities have deemed “horrific,” a woman and her boyfriend are facing felony charges for the reportedly abominable chosen method of punishment believed to be used on two youths.

25-year-old Sabrina Irene Emerick has two boys, ages 5 and 7, with whom she and her boyfriend reside in Greenville, South Carolina.

In early April 2018, one of the children went to school and the staff believed that he was showing signs to cause them to suspect he might be a victim of abuse. The suspicions were reported to the Department of Social Services and they immediately began to explore the validity of the claims.

A 24-year-old couple raising four young children are facing legal consequences after the authorities allegedly discovered that the juveniles appeared to be in a very unsettling condition, and housed inside of a cage in a barn on the property.

Paige Harkings and Andrew Fabila reside in Rhome, Texas, who parent Harkings four little ones together, one of which is Fabila’s biological child.

When someone nearby believed they overheard the couple fighting early in the day on Tuesday, they became concerned and called the police to report the incident.

The mother of a 9-month-old is facing charges after she allegedly poured water on the baby, who was sleeping, and recorded the incident reportedly saying it was an act of retaliation.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office recently reported that they came across a video posted on Facebook and interpreted it as having content that caused the belief that “improper treatment of an infant” may be taking place.

The video allegedly showed a hand, assumed to be a woman’s, holding a bottle of water over a sleeping baby and pouring some of the contents on the child’s head. The infant woke up and began coughing after a second stream of water allegedly made contact with her face.

Three people are facing several charges after the police located a man suspected of masturbating inside a Target store, and encountered two other people in the residence that they alleged were breaking the law.

A Target located in Dover called the police on January 19 to report an incident involving someone who had allegedly visited the dressing room and left the door open while using the location as a venue for public masturbation. The suspect was also reported as driving off in a gold Jaguar.

On January 24, the same Target notified the authorities a second time regarding an identical incident that they believed involved the same person, and it was alleged that the suspect left the premises in an automobile matching the description of the previous report as well.

A slumber party reportedly resulted in unrest and arrest when the mother who was hosting the gathering allegedly began hitting some of the children in attendance.

Lady Lake resident Erin Nicole Pierce held a sleepover at her home where approximately 20 children gathered to spend the night.

During the event, it was reported that one of the children acted rudely toward Pierce by giving the 29-year-old woman the finger. Pierce allegedly responded by telling the boy to leave and then hitting him with a belt as he was doing so.

A Yale, Oklahoma, man is facing a host of charges after officers responding to a domestic violence call were met by a suspect who allegedly resisted arrest rather vehemently.

On the evening of December 19, 25-year-old Justin Howard Wilson reportedly went home under the influence of alcohol, and his neighbors allegedly believed he had also used other altering substances.

When Wilson showed up at his residence he was reportedly the passenger of a vehicle from which he allegedly tumbled out of and fell onto the ground. The woman at the home, said to be Wilson’s girlfriend, was reported as having tried to help him stand when he allegedly took a swing and landed a punch upon her, as well as the 9-month-old baby that she was holding in her arms.

During a visit with his children, a father has been accused of abusing his young daughter by allegedly hitting her and causing injuries with the remnants of a broken selfie stick.

28-year-old Aaron Moore is a father that shares custody of his children, and they were recently visiting with him at his residence.

Moore’s 6-year-old daughter had reportedly found a selfie stick, which is a device that allows one to take pictures of themselves with digital photography equipment at a greater-than-arm-length distance, and she began to play with it. It was reported that while playing with it she damaged the condition of the stick rendering it broken.

An assemblyman in California is suspected of child abuse for spanking his daughter, which provoked her school to notify the authorities the day after the alleged incident.

Joaquin Arambula, previously an ER doctor who is now a California state assemblyman in Fresno, has three daughters with his wife Elizabeth. He stated that he loves his children who are ages 3, 6 and 7, and that they “mean the world” to him, and that he and his wife on very rare occasions have used spanking, which is legal in all 50 states, as a form of discipline.

On Sunday evening, Arambula’s 7-year-old daughter reportedly started to misbehave and Arambula administered a spanking to the girl’s bottom as punishment. He said that upon inspection of his daughter’s body afterward, he did not see any visible injuries on her.

A single mom in North Carolina is facing charges after accusations that she abandoned her two children on the side of the road without any supervision.

On October 2, 38-year-old Jennifer Westfall reportedly became so exhausted that she allegedly drove her two children to a location away from home and left them on the side of the road. Westfall is also being accused of having driven away from the spot before making sure that the youngsters, who are age 19 months and 9-years-old, were in the care of someone responsible.

A woman allegedly found the kids roadside without a guardian and took them to a nearby school where they notified CPS of the situation.
