A group of people in Portland are facing charges after the police learned they were allegedly operating a business called Shroom House where they sold magic mushrooms. 

According to reports, a store in Portland, Oregon called Shroom House opened its doors to the public on October 24. The shop reportedly sold magic mushrooms to the public. 

When the authorities learned about the establishment, they reportedly had two undercover agents visit and purchase just over an ounce of mushrooms. The fungi allegedly tested positive for psilocybin.

After investigating a felon for weeks, the authorities found and arrested a man who had many active warrants both federally and in more than one state, in addition to newly incurred charges. 

It was reported that law enforcement with the Parsons, Kansas Police Department has had an open investigation for several weeks trying to track down a known felon from Columbus, Kansas. 

The man, who is 43 years old, has several active felony arrest warrants. He is wanted in Labette County, Kansas, for aggravated kidnapping and domestic battery. The state of Missouri issued a warrant for a parole/probation violation, and he is wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service for possession of a weapon by a felon.

A Florida Man is facing several charges after being accused of stealing and selling a minimum of 125 cemetery vases so he could spend the money on fentanyl. 

31-year-old Douglas Deck Jr. lives in St. Petersburg, Florida. 

On July 21, a scrap metal yard in St. Petersburg notified the authorities about someone they identified as Deck Jr. that had visited their establishment on July 12, 13, 14, and 19 with bronze vases for sale. The vases are used for holding flowers and offerings at gravesites, but the man was reportedly selling them as scrap metal.

A man who was pulled over for a vehicle registration problem reportedly handed the officer a packet of registration paperwork with a baggie of methamphetamine in the stack. 

57-year-old Roy Porter lives in West Union, West Virginia. 

Last weekend, Porter was driving on the Interstate, and a man later identified as Jared Mayle was his passenger.

A Delaware man was taken into custody for suspicion of his eighth DUI and many additional charges after the vehicle he was driving flipped over during an accident and injured two passengers. 

Just before 3:00 PM on April 11, 50-year-old Richard Cook was driving a Nissan Quest in Georgetown. He had a 49-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man riding as passengers in the vehicle. 

It was reported that Cook, who is a convicted felon with a suspended driver’s license, lost control of the car. The vehicle left the road and flipped over on its side as it entered a wooded area.

A man was taken into custody when the authorities performed a traffic stop on a truck that allegedly led to the discovery of concealed weapons in the cab and a baby alligator in the bed. 

31-year-old Michael Marolla is from Naples. 

It was reported that early in the morning on April 8, Marolla was in the front passenger’s seat of a GMC Sierra pickup truck.

An Iowa woman is facing several charges after she allegedly sold prescription drugs to an underage person in Illinois. 

30-year-old Kathy Chanton-Khemphomma is from Davenport, Iowa, which is approximately 50 miles from Kewanee, Illinois. 

On March 22, Chanton-Khemphomma was reportedly interacting with a teenager from Kewanee.

After the police reportedly found that a man was in possession of psilocybin mushrooms, he allegedly told them that a show on Netflix encouraged him to want to experience the effects for himself. 

Late in the evening on February 4, 41-year-old Christopher Singleton was reportedly driving in a pickup truck in Wildwood, Florida. 

An officer on patrol saw the license plate on the vehicle and believed that the registration tag looked suspicious. It reportedly appeared as if it was skewed sideways.

A resident of a North Carolina home suspected of being a drug house was arrested for many narcotics-related crimes a couple of days after he was released on bond for the same charges. 

According to the authorities, Macon County local Jamie O’Neal is suspected of being a drug dealer in the area. 

O’Neal was arrested last week for several drug offenses, and he was released after bonding out of jail.

When the authorities checked out a report about an attempted break-in at a residence, the suspect was found with several items that led the police to believe he was dealing drugs. 

25-year-old Samuel Jones resides in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.  

Just before midnight on December 27, State Troopers went to a home after someone called and reported that they believed someone was trying to force their way into the dwelling.
