When a woman and her boyfriend got into an argument on vacation she allegedly got back at him by making an unauthorized transaction on his credit card in the amount of $5000 to tip a café server.

24-year-old Serina Wolfe and her boyfriend Michael Crane decided to plan a getaway together to Clearwater, Florida, at the end of June.

On June 27, while the couple was in the midst of their vacation, the two reportedly began to argue. Wolfe, who is from Buffalo, NY, discussed the idea that she wanted Crane to buy her a ticket so that she could return home before their initially planned departure.

A man from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is facing charges after he allegedly stole a woman’s purse out of her car at a gas station, and later tried to use the victim’s credit card to pay his food bill at the restaurant where she worked.

On Sunday, June 17, Flora Lunsford was at a United Filling Station and went inside of the convenience store. She had left her purse unattended and locked in her vehicle. When she returned to her car she noticed that someone had forced the door open and that her handbag and its contents, including her identification and credit cards, was no longer inside.

When the authorities were investigating the robbery they reviewed the video taken from the surveillance camera at the gas station. The footage reportedly showed a car parked in front of the gas pumps that was there before Lunsford had arrived.

A woman and her father were arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child when during a visit to the movie theater a young girl allegedly began making noise, and the woman reportedly dumped popcorn on the little one’s head and hit her with the empty bucket.

On January 2, Celia Riggs and her family visited the AMC movie theater in Levittown, Long Island, for a showing of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Riggs was accompanied by her husband Scottie, their three children, and her mother for the outing. Riggs and her clan chose their seats armed with their concessions.

25-year-old Keri Karman and her 61-year-old father Charles were seated next to Riggs and her family, and Karman was sitting directly next to Riggs’ 2-year-old daughter, Harley.

A Michigan man attempting to pay a parking ticket with pennies at the District Court in February alleged that he was assaulted by two guards causing him to sustain injuries and defecate in his pants. On Wednesday the man filed a lawsuit against his purported assailants.

Royal Oak resident Anthony Sevy paid a visit to the 44th District Court in order to settle a $10 fee for a parking violation. He wanted to pay the balance using a credit card and he was informed that he would be responsible for an extra $1.75 surcharge fee.

In an action that Sevy’s lawyer dubbed a “symbolic protest,” he decided he would pay the entirety of the fine in rolls of pennies. The clerks were unwilling to accept the coins, and they asked Sevy to leave the premises.

Two men dining at a Waffle House in Louisiana on Saturday allegedly left the restaurant without paying their bill totaling $7.81. Workers at the establishment notified law enforcement reporting the incident, and also disclosed that the men drove off in a U-Haul van.

While police took statements from employees of the restaurant, patrolling officers noticed a U-Haul fitting the description parked in the lot of a hotel in the vicinity. As they approached the van the officers immediately apprehended the driver, California resident Stayshawn D. Stephens. The passenger, identified as Richard A. Brown, of Indiana, tried to escape into the forest on foot, but a K-9 officer exposed his whereabouts and he was taken into custody.

Upon inspection of the contents of the van, Deputy Chief Daniel Hunter reported finding credit card skimmers, which are electronic devices with the ability to store personal information gathered by swiping credit cards. They also discovered fake ID’s, credit cards, and a bill from a Waffle House for $7.41.
