When several teenagers reportedly wreaked havoc at a Florida Walmart, one of the dads who went to pick up his child was arrested after he allegedly physically attacked responding deputies.

On September 28, a Walmart in Palm Coast was visited by a group of rowdy teens under the age of 16. It was reported that they arrived on bicycles and brought them into the store when they entered. They began riding them through the aisles and yelling profanities at the shoppers. When they were in the parking lot they reportedly set off several car alarms. The authorities were notified, and deputies from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office found the teenagers near the store. They notified their parents about the situation and asked them to come and pick up their children.

According to reports, when the 34-year-old father of one of the kids showed up he became physically aggressive and pushed one of the deputies. Additional deputies were present, and a couple of them ran over to assist with the situation. The footage captured on their body-worn cameras appeared to show the man repeatedly telling the approaching deputies that he didn’t do anything. He can also be seen trying to run away from them. It was reported that when they caught him and tried to put him in handcuffs, one deputy’s hand was hit and the other had their arm shoved.

Last week, two men were arrested for allegedly stealing a deputy’s firearm from a bathroom at a RaceTrac gas station in Oviedo, Florida.

On August 29, around 5:30 p.m., a Seminole County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped at the RaceTrac gas station to use the bathroom. While inside, the deputy placed his vest on the ground and his gun belt over the handicapped railing in the stall. After finishing, the deputy put his vest and gun belt back on and left to respond to another call.

Not long after, the deputy realized his firearm was missing. He returned to the gas station to look for it and wondered if someone might have taken it while he was in the stall. When surveillance footage was reviewed, it showed that the deputy was alone in the bathroom. After he left, two men went into the bathroom, and when they exited, one of them appeared to have a noticeable bulge in his waistband. It was believed he had taken the deputy’s missing gun.

A man driving through Marion County with an allegedly poop-covered and unrestrained baby, two pit bulls, and drugs in the vehicle reportedly told the dogs to attack the deputies during his arrest.

Early in the evening on July 27, the authorities received a call informing them that there was a fight taking place on the side of the road. Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office went to the location, and when the first one arrived, they said they saw the driver throwing something out his car window. When he approached, the deputy reported that there were two dogs identified as pit bulls, in the car. A baby, who was reported as being nude and covered in excrement was in the vehicle without a car seat.

It was reported that the deputy asked the driver to get out of the car several times, but the man would not cooperate. He allegedly rolled down the window far enough for the dogs to fit their head through and made threatening comments that led the deputy to believe he might allow them to attack him.

A Delaware man is facing several charges after a traffic stop over a driving violation allegedly led to the discovery of a large stash of cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.

According to reports, just before 5:00 PM on July 16, someone later identified as a 34-year-old man from Dover was driving an Acura MDX around the Seaford area. A deputy spotted his vehicle as he turned a corner and reportedly failed to use his turn signal.

After initiating a traffic stop, the deputy reported that the driver appeared to be ignoring them since he did not pull over right away. When they got to a dead end, the man stopped and got out of the vehicle. It was reported that the exchange between the driver and the deputy was further complicated when the man allegedly hit him multiple times and ignored the law enforcement officer’s orders when they tried to arrest him. Before he was detained, the man was reportedly able to run away. Within moments, he was caught by the police.

An officer reportedly had a sizeable piece of flesh bitten off his head by a Florida man at a music festival.

From May 2 through May 5, the yearly Sol Fest event took place at Vortex Springs in Ponce de Leon. According to the official website, “The purpose of Sol Fest is to create a safe haven where people can connect, establish long-lasting friendships, and create memories that will help them heal from loss and the challenges of life.”

While the festival rules state that narcotics are not permitted, the police reported that they found several substances on the premises, including psilocybin mushrooms, ecstasy, cocaine, marijuana, and others. More than 50 attendees were arrested for allegations of possession.

A now-former deputy in Oregon is facing many charges after allegedly creating pornography in his uniform in public places and uploading the content to the internet.

According to reports, in September, the authorities in Yamhill County received a call from someone claiming that a deputy from the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office was displayed in pornographic content on the internet. The videos allegedly showed the man masturbating and doing sexual things in public places while he was wearing his uniform. He additionally allegedly pulled out his genitals in the sheriff’s office and proceeded to ejaculate into a bottle of water. It was reported that he was aware the person would drink the contents.

An investigation was opened, and it was discovered that there were pictures and videos on the app formerly known as Twitter, in addition to OnlyFans. It is believed that the activities had been going on since at least December 2022.

After a Florida woman was taken to jail for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, she reportedly became uncooperative and bit one of the corrections deputies.

On the afternoon of September 24, a 60-year-old woman was driving down Highway 1 in a red Range Rover SUV in Key West, Florida. Other drivers on the road assessed the woman’s driving as being reckless, and someone called the authorities to report the situation.

Just after 3:00 PM, deputies from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office went to the area where the caller reported seeing the vehicle. They spotted a Range Rover matching the given description, and they allegedly saw the vehicle veering in and out of its designated lane.

A deputy chief of police in Arapahoe County was arrested, charged, and dismissed from his duties after allegedly striking his wife during an argument.

On September 3, the Empire Police Department’s now-former deputy chief of police and his wife went to a gathering. When they returned home, the man allegedly expressed anger about her interacting with one of the other partygoers, and they began to argue.

The situation escalated, and the man allegedly punched his wife in the head hard enough to render her unconscious for a few moments. He also allegedly constricted her breathing by placing his arm across her throat.

A Florida Department of Corrections sergeant was arrested after reportedly threatening the deputy who arrested him for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol with three times the legal blood-alcohol content.

Early in the evening on March 18, a corrections sergeant at the Polk Correctional Institution in Polk City was driving his Honda Civic when he was in an accident involving only his vehicle. He reportedly struck a guardrail.

Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Department went to the crash site and the sergeant was identified as the person who was in the wreck.

According to the sheriff’s office, the mother of a two-year-old and a male suspect were taken into custody on many charges after the toddler went into cardiac arrest with narcotics in his system. 

On January 4, a 23-year-old mom and a man, also 24, were at their home in Marion, North Carolina. The woman’s 2-year-old son was also at the residence.  

It was reported that the youngster went into cardiac arrest.
