A Florida elementary school teacher is facing charges after allegedly mistreating a student with disabilities at an elementary school in Palm Bay.

According to reports, on August 22, a 41-year-old teacher at Sunrise Elementary School in Palm Bay attempted to move a student, who was described as low-functioning and only slightly verbal. When the child did not want to cooperate, the teacher allegedly pushed her. The girl threw herself on the floor and the teacher allegedly grabbed the youngster and pinned her arms down while straddling her. Afterward, she reportedly dragged the student by her wrists across the classroom toward a bathroom and held the door shut so the child was unable to get out.

After the authorities were notified, officers from the City of Palm Bay Police Department went to the school to investigate. They reported that several people talked to them and said they witnessed the incident, and that they had concerns about how the teacher treated the students. They also told the officers that the woman put other children in the bathroom to punish them.

Isaiah Buggs of the Kansas City Chiefs was arrested for domestic violence after he allegedly broke into the mother of his child’s apartment and reportedly physically harmed her.

27-year-old Isaiah Buggs, who began his career in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2019, currently plays defensive lineman for the Kansas City Chiefs. The American football player has recently been in the news for an arrest regarding allegations of animal cruelty. Early in the morning on June 16, Buggs was involved in another situation involving criminal charges.

Around 5:30 AM, Buggs reportedly went to the apartment where the mother of his child resides. He allegedly used a tire iron to break into the dwelling, and when he got inside, he reportedly went after the woman. It was reported that Buggs wounded her by dragging her down a flight of stairs. When she said she was going to call the police, Buggs reportedly left the premises.

In Florida last month, performer DaniLeigh was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after allegedly causing an accident and leaving the scene.

Around 2:00 am on May 30, a man riding a moped in Miami Beach was struck by a Mercedes. The driver of the vehicle reportedly took off immediately following the incident, and others who witnessed the event said the motorbike was dragged from the back of the car.

According to reports, people tried to get the driver’s attention, but they did not stop the vehicle.

A mother in Texas allegedly punished her son by tying him to her vehicle with a seatbelt and dragging him down the highway.

Late in the morning on May 2, someone reportedly saw a woman and youngster in a car on the highway, and they believed the child was in danger. They notified the authorities and said that the woman pulled the child from the car and tied him to the vehicle. The woman allegedly got back into the vehicle and began driving, forcing the youngster to run next to the car.

A deputy with the Archer County Sheriff’s Office responded. When they encountered the vehicle that was reported, the deputy performed a traffic stop to make sure everything was okay.

A Florida man allegedly dragged a deputy who was hanging onto his car across a parking lot while in the middle of leading the authorities on a high-speed chase through two states.  

Late in the evening on April 6, a man from Orlando was reportedly driving in Portsmouth, New Hampshire when officers tried to perform a traffic stop. The driver reportedly sped away, and the state police were notified.  

According to reports, the man drove to a nearby Shell gas station to fuel his vehicle. The New Hampshire State Police saw the suspect and tried to interact with him, but he allegedly drove off as soon as they approached.

A Pennsylvania man who was reportedly found passed out behind the wheel allegedly dragged an officer over four yards with his vehicle while trying to escape.

Early in the morning on October 4, an officer with the Penn Hills Police Department was alerted by a tow truck driver about a car accident. The tow truck driver reported that a Chevy Equinox had veered off the road.

The officer located the vehicle nearby. He reportedly saw the driver behind the wheel with the engine turned on and assumed that the man was asleep.

A Pennsylvania man is facing many charges after allegedly holding a woman captive in her home for two days and assaulting her while her children were present. 

According to reports, 27-year-old Joshua Manuel Marsh stays in the Pottsville area but currently has no fixed address. 

On March 18, Marsh reportedly placed a call to a woman and asked her if he could stay at her home because he and his girlfriend had been fighting. It was reported that the woman agreed to give him a temporary place to stay.

When the daughter of an Orange County woman believed her mother was going to drive drunk, the girl grabbed onto the car and was reportedly dragged as the woman accelerated.

44-year-old Erin Garcia lives in Laguna Niguel, and she has an 8-year-old daughter. Garcia’s mother resides in Placentia.

Around 11:30 PM on September 18, Garcia and her daughter were at her mother’s home.

A teenager reportedly became infuriated and tried to murder a boy that made a purportedly derogatory comment about his sister.

A 16-year-old boy from Leesburg, Florida, reportedly had a violent encounter with another boy on the evening of July 2.

According to his parents, the boy left home to go for a ride on his bicycle.

When a woman allegedly stole a vehicle and led the police on a high-speed chase, she was detained when she stopped at a McDonald’s drive-thru for an order of chicken nuggets.

On July 6, a Chevy Silverado with the keys in the engine marked with “Raymond James Restoration” was reportedly stolen from a job site in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The owner of the company called the authorities and told them that the vehicle was equipped with a GPS tracking device.
