Deputies in El Paso County, Texas, arrested a man accused of attacking his former girlfriend twice in the same morning, according to law enforcement officials.

Early in the morning on October 3, a woman and her ex-boyfriend were reportedly involved in a situation that resulted in her being hospitalized for several injuries, and the man being arrested on felony charges. Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were notified by the woman, who called to report that her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her. By the time deputies arrived, the suspect had already left the scene. Since things appeared to be calm, they left the premises.

According to reports, a few hours later, deputies were called back to the same location after the woman reported that the man had returned once more and assaulted her again. She reportedly sustained multiple injuries during the second alleged attack and was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

A mother in Michigan is facing felony charges after her 6-year-old accidentally brought THC-infused candy purported to be hers to school and shared it with classmates who required hospitalization after they ate it.

After his car door was destroyed in a single-car accident with a tree, the allegedly altered vocalist from Savatage was hospitalized and then arrested.

Jon Oliva, 62, is a musician with the band Savatage. Over the years, he has also combined his musical talents with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

A Utah man who reportedly told the authorities that he felt bad about injuring two toddlers by pouring hot water on them is facing charges for allegations of child abuse.

On October 1, 24-year-old Austin Woolsey was reportedly babysitting two toddlers, ages 2 and 3.

While providing care to the youngsters, Woolsey allegedly took hot water and poured it on each of the children, which, according to medical staff, left them covered with second-degree burns.
