The mother and father of a 9-month-old are facing charges after the baby overdosed on heroin that they reportedly left all over their home. 

Last Monday, a mother was changing her infant’s diaper when she noticed the child was lethargic and pale. She called the authorities for emergency assistance. 

When the first responders arrived at the house, they reported that the child was not breathing. They believed the youngster had overdosed on opioids, and they administered a dose of Narcan.

According to reports, at approximately 10:30 PM on November 14, on-duty officers from the West Monroe Police saw a vehicle stopped at a stop sign. 

The officers performed a traffic stop, but nothing has been released about why they felt they should do so. 

When the police walked up to the vehicle, they saw the driver and a female passenger inside. They reported that they could smell marijuana inside the car.

After investigating a felon for weeks, the authorities found and arrested a man who had many active warrants both federally and in more than one state, in addition to newly incurred charges. 

It was reported that law enforcement with the Parsons, Kansas Police Department has had an open investigation for several weeks trying to track down a known felon from Columbus, Kansas. 

The man, who is 43 years old, has several active felony arrest warrants. He is wanted in Labette County, Kansas, for aggravated kidnapping and domestic battery. The state of Missouri issued a warrant for a parole/probation violation, and he is wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service for possession of a weapon by a felon.

Jeremy Durham, the former Tennessee state Representative for District 65 who was expelled in 2016 for 22 sexual misconduct allegations, is facing charges connected to accusations that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Late in the evening on September 22, Jeremy Durham was driving in Downtown Nashville. 

Just after 11:00 PM, Durham was in a car crash.

A man was arrested after the police reportedly discovered him armed in an apartment building where they found hundreds of pills, as well as guns and ammunition in his residence. 

On the afternoon of October 9, the authorities received a call from someone who lives at the Sugarmont Apartments in Salt Lake City. The caller informed them that one of the neighbors was behaving strangely and needed help. They also reported that they were pretty sure he had a gun.  

The police additionally received calls from others regarding the situation.

An employee at a correctional facility in Louisiana was arrested and fired after it was discovered that he was allegedly bringing narcotics into the jail and selling them to inmates. 

According to reports, the police suspected that someone was bringing drugs into the St. Tammany County Parish Correctional Center and selling the narcotics to some of the inmates. 

The authorities began to investigate the situation, and they suspected that one of the officers employed at the facility was bringing the drugs in.

A convicted felon who was accused of stealing a boat reportedly tried to escape from the police by fleeing on a riding lawnmower. 

40-year-old Dusty Mobley is from Holt, Florida. According to county jail records, Mobley has a long history of arrests and convictions that began in 2004. 

On January 1, a boat was reported stolen from a metal building in Baker.

A Florida man dressed in cow-print pajamas was one of six people arrested in an Okeechobee County home when the authorities reportedly discovered drugs, ammo, and paraphernalia in the dwelling.

On June 17, members from the Narcotics Task Force and the Special Response Team at the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office acted on a warrant to search a home believed to be involved in drug activity.

When they entered the residence, the authorities noted that six people were present.

According to the authorities, a man suspected of driving under the influence was caught with a Gila monster in his vehicle, but he did not have a permit to legally possess the venomous lizard. 

On the evening of June 5, 37-year-old Brandon Denney was reportedly parked in a convenience store parking lot with the engine of his vehicle running. It was reported that he was fading in and out of consciousness behind the wheel. 

The man was seen by someone as they walked by, and they notified the authorities about what they saw.

42-year-old Daisy Mae Rice Nolan has a 16-year-old daughter and a 24-year-old son. They reside in West Monroe. 

Nolan recently had an active warrant for her arrest for methamphetamine and paraphernalia possession. 

Last weekend, the authorities received a report that police were needed at Nolan’s address.
