When a Virginia man was released from incarceration, he was arrested again a few hours later for allegedly stealing a vehicle and attempting to burglarize a residence.

On May 9, a 28-year-old man from Woodbridge was arrested on suspicion of auto theft, eluding or disregarding the police, and exceeding the speed limit. He spent 18 days in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. After a bond hearing on the morning of May 27, he was released on his own recognizance. The man enjoyed approximately 10 hours of freedom before he had an encounter with the police regarding criminal activity that happened after he was freed.

According to reports, around 7:00 PM, a woman was in her Burke home when someone she did not know let themselves in. She grabbed a weapon to protect herself, and the individual ran out of the house and drove away. She notified the authorities about the incident, and officers from the Fairfax County Police Department went to the address to investigate. They collected details about the alleged burglary and also learned that a vehicle, which might have been the one the suspect was driving, was reported stolen from the courthouse parking lot. It was suspected that the auto thief was the man who was released that morning. After a short search, he was found with the vehicle and accused of stealing it and breaking into the woman’s residence.

An Arkansas woman is facing a felony charge after allegedly attacking and injuring a law enforcement officer who went to her apartment complex after neighbors called in complaints about her behavior.

On the afternoon of April 8, the tenants in an apartment complex in Hot Springs reportedly experienced a disturbance caused by one of the residents. The 45-year-old woman was allegedly angry and making a lot of noise outside of her apartment. They decided to call the police to report the situation.

An officer from the Hot Springs Police Department went to the address to see what was going on. When he saw the woman, who was believed to be highly intoxicated, the officer said her arms were cut with the blood dripping down to her hands. When he tried to inspect the cuts, the woman reportedly resisted and hit him in the face.

When a drunk man reportedly causing a disturbance at a steak house was confronted by the authorities, he allegedly covered the officers with the load inside his colostomy bag.

On the evening of May 1, 39-year-old Nicholas Newhart reportedly went to hang out at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock ‘N’ Roll Steakhouse in Nashville, Tennessee.

Newhart, who had allegedly consumed quite a bit of alcohol, reportedly exited the establishment with a bottle of beer and stood in front of the emergency exit.

A reportedly intoxicated woman allegedly soliciting lap dances to passersby was accused of offering police a public “grind,” and becoming violent with the paramedics.

28-year-old Olivia Taylor-Washek lives in St. Petersburg. She is currently reportedly entered into a competition to appear as the cover girl on Maxim magazine.

The Florida woman reportedly went out on the evening of April 24, and she headed to a local drinking establishment.

When an Arkansas man was freed from custody, he allegedly swiped a police vehicle that was sitting in front of the jail and used it to exit the grounds.

Cordell Coleman is a 33-year-old who spent the night in the county jail on April 15, after being accused of public intoxication.

Just after 2:30 am on April 16, Coleman was processed out and released from the facility.

A Florida man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly tried to skip out on paying his bill and reportedly caused a disturbance by fighting with the security at the establishment.

22-year-old Seminole resident Joseph Patrick Lancaster, a student at the University of South Florida, was reportedly visiting the Crafty Squirrel Pizza and Sports Bar in St. Petersburg.

When the bar was preparing to close and cashing out the open tickets from the evening, Lancaster was expected to shell out $820 for the tab he had run up during his time in the establishment.

When her boyfriend was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence, the woman, who was not detained during the initial incident, was arrested and charged after allegedly behaving in a lewd manner in front of the authorities.

Just before 2:30 am on August 30, an officer from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office was cruising down the highway in Leesburg when they spotted a truck parked in the middle of the road.

A female was reportedly seen sitting on the median as the officer got closer, and when speaking with her she was identified as 19-year-old Madison Ann Bryant.

When the authorities approached a Florida man allegedly yelling at people on the boardwalk while holding open containers of alcohol, he identified himself as the notorious “Michael Corleone” and refused to give his real name.

Last Thursday, 54-year-old James Ransom was reportedly hanging out on the boardwalk in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

The man, who is reportedly a transient, allegedly had Captain Morgan brand rum, and more than one Natural Light beer with their seals broken while on the pier.

Two men are facing charges after they allegedly became distressed and began to flip tables over when the bartender notified the patrons at the bar that it was the last call for serving alcohol.

Last Saturday night, two men were hanging out at the bar inside an Applebees in Kingsport, Tennessee.

When the establishment notified the guests that they would be discontinuing alcohol service for the evening the aforementioned duo reportedly became disgruntled and started to topple the tables over.

A 20-year-old University of Iowa student allegedly presented an identification card to the police with the name “McLovin” on it when he was reportedly drinking in a bar.

Around 12:30 am on October 11, the police went into the Airliner Bar to check the premises.

When they came upon Daniel Burleson, who they believed was underage but was allegedly carrying around an alcoholic beverage and wearing a bar-issued wristband, the officers started to question him. While they were speaking with Burleson he reportedly told them he was indulging in a vodka-based drink. When they asked him to show his ID card, Burleson allegedly denied the request resulting in his being taken out of the establishment by the police.
