A man is facing charges after he allegedly got into a fight with his brother and hit him in the head with a large, frozen bag of chicken.

On the evening of May 2, a man from West Monroe, Louisiana, and his 59-year-old brother were together in the mobile home they share. The man spotted two broken windows in the residence, and he asked his brother for information about the incident.

He was reportedly angered by the topic, and the man allegedly opened the freezer and began throwing the frozen goods at his brother. The alleged victim was reportedly hit in the head with a large bag of frozen chicken parts.

A Florida woman reportedly claiming to be an Egyptian deity is facing charges after causing a violent scene including striking bystanders and a police officer. 

On the afternoon of December 11, in Miami Beach, a woman reportedly drove to a spot directly in front of the Havana 1957 restaurant. She allegedly stopped in the middle of the road and got out of the car. 

According to someone who said they saw the incident, the woman began slamming her hands on the hoods of the cars nearby.

A woman and her boyfriend got into an argument that allegedly cultivated in her throwing a frozen pork chop at him which left a cut on his face.

48-year-old Jennifer Brassard and her boyfriend have been together for approximately a year and they share a residence in Pasco County, Florida.

Just before 10:00 pm Brassard and her partner reportedly began exchanging harsh words when she allegedly flung a pork chop from the freezer in his direction and it made contact with his face.

A man was accused of engaging in a physical altercation with his mother which reportedly included him throwing sausages at her, and he is facing domestic violence charges.

Hermes Callijas-Gasperin is a 22-year-old man who lives with his 41-year-old mother in Bradenton, Florida.

While Callijas-Gasperin was snacking on some canned sausages he reportedly asked his mom to prepare food for him. His mother agreed to make it but told him that he would have to wait a little bit because she was already in the middle of doing something.

Two employees and a customer at a Massachusetts Dunkin’ Donuts were involved in an altercation leading to assault and battery charges for all three women, and the discharge of the employees from their positions.

During the morning of January 21 34-year-old Sharon Bimbo entered the Tewksbury location of the Dunkin’ Donuts chain accompanied by her husband, her 12-year-old daughter, and her daughter’s dog who serves as the girl’s emotional companion pet. They visited the store in order to address an order from the day before that they said had been incorrect, and they placed an order for a coffee and a muffin while they were there.

The little girl’s dog was allegedly atop one of the tables while the family waited for their order to be prepared, and it caught the attention of the workers who reported it to the manager. The family was approached and the manager explained that they would need to take the dog outside because their policy does not allow emotional service animals in the building.

17-year-old Ziaire Davis of Buffalo, NY has been accused of assaulting his 2-month-old daughter by throwing her up against a wall and shaking her, leaving her in critical condition. Though Davis is underage his name has been released as he is being charged as an adult due to the severity of the alleged crime.

Buffalo Police Lt. Jeff Rinaldo stated that the infant was diagnosed with a fractured skull, a brain bleed, broken ribs, and other injuries. She is currently being treated in the pediatric intensive care unit at Women & Children’s Hospital. The amount of time between the assault and the call placed to 911 has yet to be determined and is under investigation by the district attorney.

Detectives from specialized units were dispatched to the crime scene where they interviewed Davis. He was taken into custody and charged with felony assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held on $50,000 bail.
