Just after midnight on January 3, a juvenile was driving a vehicle in Hamilton County with four or five passengers who were believed to be underage.
A deputy with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office spotted the car and attempted to perform a traffic stop, but the driver of the vehicle allegedly ignored him and sped away. According to reports, the car was driven well over the posted speed limit, reaching speeds up to 90 MPH.
A Kentucky man was jailed after the authorities reportedly found a missing 16-year-old girl from North Carolina hidden under the floor in his bedroom.
According to reports, last month, a 34-year-old man from Lexington, Kentucky, drove to Fayetteville, North Carolina, to pick up an underage girl he met online. The man, who was reportedly aware that the girl was 16 years old, allegedly told her he was 19. She left with him, and he brought her back to his home. The girl was reported missing shortly after.
On Christmas day, the authorities were called to a home regarding a domestic violence situation. When they arrived, the man’s mother said she was the one who called because her son was fighting with his girlfriend. The man told the authorities that the girl was no longer at the home, but his mother insisted that she was.
A woman in Pennsylvania is facing charges after allegedly supplying her 17-year-old daughter and her underage friends with alcohol, and reportedly assaulting one of the kids at the party.
Late in the evening on September 29, a Republican woman who once ran for the position of lieutenant governor reportedly held a party at her home for her daughter’s 17th birthday. At approximately 1:00 AM at the Coyote Ugly Saloon in Daytona Beach, two reportedly drunk women, ages 19 and 20, were out front with an infant. According to witnesses, the women were being too rough when handling the child. Several people reported that the women were standing about four feet apart and throwing the baby at each other.
One of the women standing nearby began to record video of the incident with her cell phone, and the 19-year-old, who was holding the infant at the time, walked up to her and allegedly became aggressive. She reportedly tried to hit the woman and then tried to strike her with one of the 20-year-old’s crutches. She allegedly held the baby upside down by the ankles while she tried to fight with the bystander.
