51-year-old Curtis Manfred Franz lives in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Largo, Florida. 

On March 8, just before 8:00 AM, Franz’s next-door neighbor was doing yard work. The man was using a leaf blower to remove leaves from his roof, and his dog was sitting in the backyard while he worked.

Early in the afternoon on February 12, a woman who was spending time with her two children at McKinley Park in Sacramento packed up her family and headed to the car. 

As the mother got her children into the vehicle and began to buckle their safety belts, a man reportedly approached her from behind.

A Florida woman riding an electric luggage cart in the airport reportedly forced an officer to chase after her while she drove through the building. 

In the middle of April, 32-year-old Chelsea Alston was at Orlando International Airport preparing to board a Southwest Airlines flight with a destination of New York. 

The woman, who was driving an electric motorized luggage cart, went up to her gate when it was time to get on the plane and an airline employee got the impression that Alston was drunk.
