A 13-year-old girl who was missing for days was reportedly found at a truck stop in Wyoming in a semi-truck with a man that she met using Oculus. 

On March 8, a 13-year-old girl from Roosevelt, Utah, was reported missing to the authorities. 

The Utah Internet Crimes Against Children task force, the FBI, the State Bureau of Investigations, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office worked together to try to find the teenager quickly.

A driver who was assumed to be intoxicated and passed out at the wheel was arrested after a child was seen hanging out of the car window by passersby who reported it. 

Last Sunday, 24-year-old Dominick N. Ludwick was driving in Ogden with a 2-year-old girl in the vehicle. 

It was reported that when Ludwick was near a local intersection, he was seen slumping over the wheel of the vehicle. The passersby who spotted him reported that they noticed the car because a young child was hanging out of the window.

A pregnant woman riding a bus in Philadelphia was reportedly assaulted by a man without permanent housing after she denied his request for her seat. 

Just after 1:30 AM on March 13, a man boarded a crowded Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) bus in Philadelphia. 

The man was unable to find a place to sit, and he reportedly approached a woman that was in one of the seats.

A woman in Florida has been accused of approaching men that she does not know and hugging them for the alleged purpose of stealing their wallets to use their credit cards. 

65-year-old Kathy Stevens lives in Clearwater, Florida. 

According to the local authorities, Stevens is known as the “hugging bandit” for allegedly bestowing costly embraces upon men she has never met before. It is purported by the police that she does so because it affords her the opportunity to take their wallets without it being immediately detected by the alleged victims.

When a man reportedly became angered by his neighbor’s use of a leaf blower, he allegedly approached while wearing his bathrobe and threatened him and his dog with a semi-automatic pistol. 

51-year-old Curtis Manfred Franz lives in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Largo, Florida. 

On March 8, just before 8:00 AM, Franz’s next-door neighbor was doing yard work. The man was using a leaf blower to remove leaves from his roof, and his dog was sitting in the backyard while he worked.

An executive for the Boy Scouts was placed under arrest when he was allegedly found intoxicated and surrounded by empty bottles of alcohol in his vehicle while wearing his official uniform. 

39-year-old John Burke resides in Deltona, Florida. He is a senior district executive for the Boy Scouts of America, Central Florida Council. 

Around 11:00 PM on March 7, Burke was reportedly parked on a dead-end street and sitting inside of his car. It was reported that the man was wearing his Boy Scout uniform.

A mother was arrested after allegedly spending 2 hours gambling inside an adult arcade while her baby was alone in the car with the windows rolled up. 

32-year-old Bionca Lockett is a Florida woman with an infant daughter. 

Early in the afternoon on March 4, Lockett reportedly strapped her child into a car seat and drove her black Nissan Sentra to the Pirates North Arcade in Sebastian.

A man was taken into custody after the police asserted that he is connected to a string of thefts where items were taken from several vehicles at local greenways and parks. 

Throughout the month of February, the authorities in Nashville received several notifications from people who had items stolen from their parked cars. The alleged victims had their vehicles parked at dog parks and greenways in the area. 

On February 5, a woman who had parked her car and left it unlocked at Two Rivers Dog Park reported that when she got into her vehicle, she noticed her wallet was no longer there.

A couple is facing charges for endangerment after their baby was found in medical distress from choking on what was reported to be fentanyl. 

27-year-old Echo Dunn and 38-year-old Robert Pilgram have a 7-month-old son, and they live in Bethel, Maine. 

It was reported that on March 3, 911 received a call from someone that wanted to report that their child was choking on something.
