A school bus driver in Florida has been accused of having four times over the legal BAC while he drove an afternoon route carrying 40 middle school student passengers. 

60-year-old Mark McNeil lives in Ormond Beach, Florida. He is employed as a bus driver for the Flagler County School District. 

On the afternoon of February 9, McNeil went to work to pick up a bus for the afternoon run at Buddy Taylor Middle School.

A 911 operator is facing charges after he was accused of concealing a camera in the precinct bathroom and collecting images of officers using the facilities. 

49-year-old John Logan lives in North Versailles, Pennsylvania, where he is employed as a 911 dispatcher. 

On New Year’s Eve, one of the officers at the North Versailles Police Department went to use the facilities. The single-occupancy bathroom is for the staff of the department, and not designated for use by the public.

When a man watched two people steal a snowblower from his garage, he reportedly chased after them and purposely slammed into the side of their vehicle while they were trying to drive away. 

29-year-old Corey Sanderson lives in a home with his family in Madison, Wisconsin. 

Early in the morning on February 5, Sanderson created a Facebook post alerting people that a snowblower was stolen from his garage. He asked for help in keeping an eye out for the swiped machine and said that the police were given a report about the incident.

A Florida couple has been accused of abusing one of their adopted children by locking him in the garage from the outside regularly over the course of five years. 

46-year-old Tracy Ferriter and her husband Timothy Ferriter, also 46, reside in the Egret Landing community in Jupiter, Florida. They are the adoptive parents of four children. 

One of their children is a 14-year-old boy.

After the police reportedly found that a man was in possession of psilocybin mushrooms, he allegedly told them that a show on Netflix encouraged him to want to experience the effects for himself. 

Late in the evening on February 4, 41-year-old Christopher Singleton was reportedly driving in a pickup truck in Wildwood, Florida. 

An officer on patrol saw the license plate on the vehicle and believed that the registration tag looked suspicious. It reportedly appeared as if it was skewed sideways.

When the police pulled over a driver and reportedly found an assortment of drugs and paraphernalia, the suspect allegedly told them that what they assumed to be methamphetamine was breath mints. 

32-year-old Stephen Whalen is from Tarpon Springs, Florida. It was reported that Whalen was incarcerated for a year and a half for a prior drug conviction, and he was released two years ago. 

Whalen also had a prior encounter with the law that resulted in the loss of his driver’s license.

The deputy chief at the Denver Fire Department has resigned from his position after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. 

Jeremy Vigil was named deputy chief of the Denver Fire Department in 2020. 

Early in the morning on January 29, Vigil and his girlfriend reportedly got into an argument in her home.

A man and his son are facing charges after allegedly chasing a FedEx driver and shooting a gun at his vehicle. 

Gregory Charles Case and his son Brandon live in Brookhaven, Mississippi. 

On the evening of January 24, Gregory and his son were at home when a FedEx vehicle was temporarily left in their driveway while the driver made a delivery.

The authorities reported that the mother of two youngsters allowed her children to live in a highly unsanitary environment with 34 dogs and an immense amount of garbage. 

29-year-old Lindsay Arnold and her partner, 46-year-old Christina Garcia, live in Lemmon Valley, Nevada. Arnold’s 7 and 9-year-old children also live with the pair. 

Around 7:00 am on January 31, deputies with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office stopped by Arnold’s address to perform a requested welfare check.

A resident of a North Carolina home suspected of being a drug house was arrested for many narcotics-related crimes a couple of days after he was released on bond for the same charges. 

According to the authorities, Macon County local Jamie O’Neal is suspected of being a drug dealer in the area. 

O’Neal was arrested last week for several drug offenses, and he was released after bonding out of jail.
