An off-duty New Jersey police officer suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol may face charges after he allegedly got into a single-vehicle accident and drove away without reporting the incident. 

Late in the evening on September 2, someone driving a Chevy Avalanche crashed into a pole in a residential neighborhood. The person allegedly drove away after the accident. 

According to reports, the authorities investigated the accident and believed the driver was a police officer that has worked for the Saddle Brook Police Department for approximately five years.

An employee at a correctional facility in Louisiana was arrested and fired after it was discovered that he was allegedly bringing narcotics into the jail and selling them to inmates. 

According to reports, the police suspected that someone was bringing drugs into the St. Tammany County Parish Correctional Center and selling the narcotics to some of the inmates. 

The authorities began to investigate the situation, and they suspected that one of the officers employed at the facility was bringing the drugs in.

A fast-food restaurant manager and his girlfriend allegedly stole a debit card that a customer accidentally left in the establishment and spent over $700 within two hours. 

On June 29, a customer at a Burger King in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, left the restaurant without taking their Wells Fargo debit card. 

When an employee found the card, they reportedly turned it over to the manager on duty.

A man was arrested after he reportedly fled from the scene of a traffic stop where the police found hundreds of fentanyl pills and almost 3 ounces of amphetamine. 

Late in the evening on September 18, the authorities reported that they spotted the driver of a black Chrysler minivan cruising around with a man in the front passenger seat. The vehicle reportedly did not have its taillights on. 

A traffic stop was performed, and one of the officers went to the passenger’s side of the vehicle. It was noted that the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt. The man also seemed like he was having a tough time sitting still.

A woman who resides in Red Bluff was arrested after she was accused of embezzling more than $100,000 from an employer by using a company credit card without authorization. 

In May 2022, the Major Crimes Unit at the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office started an investigation into a possible embezzlement crime. 

The detectives believed the purportedly embezzled money started disappearing in March 2019.

A New Hampshire man out on bail for a lewd/indecent exposure-related crime was arrested after the authorities asserted that he matched the description of someone exposing themselves to teenage girls at a local park. 

On September 21, the Nashua Police Department received a report around 4:45 PM about a man who approached two teenage females who were running in Mine Falls Park. It was reported that he exposed himself to the girls. 

On Thursday, it was near 4:30 PM when the police department received a second report about an incident between a man and two young girls in the park. The underage females were walking together when a man started to make vulgar comments and sexual gestures to them.

According to reports, the University of Georgia’s defensive back was arrested last weekend after allegedly driving dangerously while heavily intoxicated.

20-year-old Javon Bullard is the defensive back for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Just before 3:00 am on September 24, Bullard was reportedly driving a Lexus in Athens.

 Last weekend at a Chuck E. Cheese, several shots were fired and a vehicle plowed through the building while guests were inside the establishment. 

According to reports, around 5 p.m. on September 23, Chuck E. Cheese in Brandon, Florida, experienced an intense situation while they were open for business. 

A group of patrons at the family entertainment center and pizza restaurant reportedly began to fight. A security guard edged the bunch toward the door to try to make them handle the problem outside.

 A man who was on a flight from Mexico to Los Angeles is facing a felony charge after allegedly punching a flight attendant in the head after a denied request. 

On September 22, a man from Orange County, California, was on board an American Airlines flight from San José del Cabo, Mexico, to Los Angeles International Airport. 

The flight had been off the ground for approximately 20 minutes when the crew started to serve the passengers food and drinks.

The owner of a haunted house in Texas has been accused of sexual assault by a girl that volunteered at the attraction in 2017 when she was 14 years old. 

According to reports, the 51-year-old owner and creator of the Scream Hollow Wicked Halloween Park near Austin, Texas, employs underage volunteers for some of the jobs at the site. 

On July 30, the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office received notification from a woman who reported that she worked as a volunteer at the theme park in 2017 when she was a teenager. She added that she also spent time with the owner outside of working hours on occasion. The girl said that the man gave her alcoholic beverages regularly, even though she was only 14 years old.
