A woman riding as the passenger in a car that had been pulled over reportedly gave quite a bit of assistance to the authorities by offering them the information that she had drugs in her handbag.

Around 2:00 am on September 19, 59-year-old Jacqueline Hubbard from Pete Beach, Florida, was the passenger of a traveling car, allegedly riding without her seatbelt affixed when the driver of the vehicle was pulled over by a Largo Police Department officer.

When the officer approached the car and spoke with Hubbard, who had a purse hanging from her neck, she was allegedly asked if she was carrying any drugs. The woman was reported as immediately copping to having crack cocaine stored in what she referred to as her “felony purse,” according to the affidavit.

A woman who was seen riding a bicycle down the highway while topless has been accused of stealing from a clothing store near the location that she was apprehended.

On September 19, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible theft that had taken place at the Surfside Outfitters clothing and souvenir store in Ft. Walton Beach.

An employee said that a woman had come into the establishment and put on a pair of flip flop sandals that were on display for $19.99. She then allegedly took another piece of merchandise and put it inside of the bag she was carrying before she left the store without paying for the items. It was reported that the alleged thief had been using a bicycle as her mode of transportation.

A man who was wanted on a warrant for public masturbation was apprehended when he was seen in the parking lot of a Pasco County Target store.

In Wesley Chapel on Thursday, employees of a Target reported a vehicle in their parking lot being driven by a man they believed resembled someone recently known for publicly exposing himself in store parking lots in the area.

The man, identified as 69-year-old Robert Digiacomo, had an active warrant for his arrest filed by the state district attorney when he didn’t show up for a mid-September court appearance. The case that the warrant was issued for is regarding a prior incident that reportedly happened in March for suspicion of exposure of sexual organs, in which it has been asserted that Digiacomo made a habit of touching himself in parking lots in the view of the public after more than one person complained that they had seen him in action.

A 19-year-old woman allegedly responded to the denial of her request for extra tomatoes at dinner by threatening and assaulting her grandparents.

On September 12, the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the grandmother of Katie Jade Gates. The woman told the authorities that her granddaughter, who lives in the home with several members of the family, was causing a serious domestic disruption using physical force and they needed their help.

When the authorities arrived at the Callahan, Florida, residence, they first spoke with Gates’ grandmother and asked for her account of what had taken place prior to her call for police assistance.

A man who was at the doctor for an exam has accused his attending nurse aide of attempting to perform oral sex upon him during the appointment.

On September 17, a patient at the primary care physician’s office of Dr. Eduardo Palanca in Clearwater, Florida, was in an examination room around 9:00 pm for his yearly physical.

41-year-old Roger Cala Martin, a certified nursing assistant with a license to practice since 9-years ago, entered the room to perform the checkup, for which the patient was reportedly disrobed.

The mother and father of four children are facing charges after the authorities stumbled upon the family allegedly residing in an extremely dirty manner that was deemed unfit for living.

On September 16, deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the London, Kentucky, home where Christopher and Brandy Bowling live with their four children in order to serve them with paperwork involving an eviction.

When the door was answered at the Bowling home, the deputies went inside and reportedly immediately noticed the excessively unclean condition of the interior. It was reported that rotten food and garbage was present from wall to wall, and one of the deputies at the scene said he was unbelievably disturbed by the state of the home.

After a reunion visit between two former neighbors, one of the women is facing charges for allegedly causing brutal injuries to her friend, including biting off a chunk of her ear.

Around 1:30 am on September 17, a man who lives in a downstairs apartment believed he heard a ruckus coming from an upstairs unit. The man became concerned when he reportedly heard what sounded like a serious dispute causing someone to cry out for help.

The neighbor notified the authorities about the incident, and when the police got to the location that the man reported they said it sounded like a woman trying to yell for help.

In North Carolina, a man’s wife allegedly maimed her husband when she reportedly used a sharp garden tool to chop off his penis.

On September 10, 56-year-old Victoria Frabutt and her 61-year-old husband reportedly spent the morning creating a savage and life-changing memory.

Victoria, who allegedly appeared to have the impression that her husband should be seen a “message for sinning against God and fornication,” reportedly tied up the man and retrieved a pair of gardening shears intended for clipping rose bushes.

A man in Oregon was arrested for allegedly robbing several bottle drops in different locations across the state in order to purportedly spend the money on a Hummer and trips to the casino.

On September 5, a man was arrested and accused of a series of robberies of recycling bottle drop machines that the authorities believe began about 5 months ago.

The suspect, 34-year-old Brett McQuiston, was reportedly identified around midnight after being seen by a security guard patrolling a Beaverton bottle drop facility just outside of Portland. The security guard reported that someone wearing a ski mask, purportedly to hide their appearance, was holding a crowbar and acting suspiciously near the machine.

The manager of a Dollar General in Georgia has been accused of setting the location on fire while shoppers were inside in an alleged effort to hide her theft of money from the store.

On the morning of August 17, the Dollar General in Douglas, Georgia, suffered from a blaze that consumed an estimated $700,000 in internal and external damages. The fire reportedly broke out while customers were inside of the store.

While the authorities investigated the circumstances surrounding the fire they discovered that it was started in two different locations inside of the building.
