A man who was driving on an interstate near Port St. Lucie was suspected of operating his vehicle while intoxicated, but he allegedly explained to the authorities that his dog was the driver of the car.

When 56-year-old Scott Garrett reportedly had gotten in a spat with his girlfriend regarding his dog before he drove off in his Nissan.

A few hours after he left his girlfriend’s home Garrett was allegedly seen driving down the interstate, and State troopers in the vicinity noticed that his car was merging from lane to lane in an erratic fashion.

A woman who was unhappy with the work she had done on her nails at a salon walked out of the business without paying, and when an employee grabbed on to her automobile she began to drive with him still hanging on to the vehicle.

Charley Fowler is a 28-year-old woman who resides in Valparaiso, Indiana, and she works in the field of social work.

On Saturday afternoon, Fowler went to the Diamond Nails & Spa to have a manicure, and she was not satisfied with the results.

A man and woman who were reportedly intoxicated and in the act of having sexual intercourse on the ground and in plain sight of the many travelers passing the high-traffic area are facing charges for the allegations.

48-year-old Tony Willis and 42-year-old Verna LeClair are lovers that reside in the Oklahoma City area.

On June 15, during rush hour traffic around 5:30 pm, Willis and LeClair were allegedly seen under a tree in the vicinity of a local tire shop. The spot that they had chosen to occupy was reported as fully visible from both sides of the busy street where it was located.

A man from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is facing charges after he allegedly stole a woman’s purse out of her car at a gas station, and later tried to use the victim’s credit card to pay his food bill at the restaurant where she worked.

On Sunday, June 17, Flora Lunsford was at a United Filling Station and went inside of the convenience store. She had left her purse unattended and locked in her vehicle. When she returned to her car she noticed that someone had forced the door open and that her handbag and its contents, including her identification and credit cards, was no longer inside.

When the authorities were investigating the robbery they reviewed the video taken from the surveillance camera at the gas station. The footage reportedly showed a car parked in front of the gas pumps that was there before Lunsford had arrived.

A man has been suspected of more than one assault in the San Francisco area after someone fitting his description was caught on a surveillance camera while in the act of attacking a sleeping homeless person. He is additionally suspected of being involved in at least two other violent incidents in the neighborhood.

58-year-old Samuel Youmtoub lives in San Francisco and has been accused of being the aggressor in three assaults, one of which allegedly took place in early February, while the other two happened in May, three months later, and within days of each other.

On February 4, a man had unexpectedly run into Youmtoub after having a prior interaction with him, and the man decided to walk away to avoid making contact with him again. As the man reportedly tried to leave the area Youmtoub spotted him allegedly went after him until he was within reach of the man.

After the authorities received information that a felon residing in Agua Dulce had a sizeable amount of ammunition and weapons in his possession they uncovered what they identified as a large arsenal in the suspect’s residence.

Manuel Fernandez, a 60-year-old man, lives in Agua Dulce, California, where he allegedly keeps several hundreds of firearms and pieces of ammunition despite the fact that he has a prior felony conviction disallowing him from owning the weaponry.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Station located in Palmdale was provided with a report about Fernandez regarding the suspicion of what he keeps stored inside of his dwelling.

The mother and father of an 18-year-old girl are facing charges after allegations that they locked their daughter inside of a cage in an unsanitary environment.

Richmond residents Tito and Shannon Felix are the parents of an 18-year-old daughter who suffers from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, which is a life-long condition with a variety of symptoms linked to babies being exposed to alcohol in the womb. There is no way to reverse it due to damage to the brain and nervous system.

One of the symptoms that Tito and Shannon’s daughter displays is that she tends to get up in the night and roam around.

A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy was in an accident involving six automobiles in the early morning hours on June 16, for which he has been accused of causing by driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas Smith was a new deputy hired by LA County Sheriff’s department where he remained employed for a period of six months.

On Sunday morning between 2:30 and 3:00 am Smith was reportedly driving his pickup truck through Palmdale while he was off duty, when he was suspected of allowing the vehicle to veer to the right on the road causing a collision with the rear end of a parked car that resulted in a domino effect when it smashed into four other vehicles.

A well-known business owner and member of the Cherryville, Florida, community is facing charges for allegedly using a hidden camera to capture videos of girls, some of which were underage, without their knowledge while they were showering on his yacht.

Richard Hilliard Jr. is a 49-year-old man who is a member of the family that owns a foam molding company called Modern Polymers. He and his family are known throughout their community due to the popularity of their business.

Hilliard is the proprietor of a person yacht which he named “Yacht’s O’ Trouble,” and he extended an invitation to eight young women, one of which was his former babysitter, to join him on the vessel for an excursion. He also recruited the mother of his ex-babysitter as a chaperone for the three underage girls and five young women he planned to entertain.

A clerk employed at the Long Beach VA was allegedly found in possession of the identities and information belonging to over 1,000 patients of the facility leading to the arrest of the suspect.

On Thursday, on the property of the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center, an employee of the facility was reportedly noticed operating a non-commercial vehicle with commercial license plates on the campus. On-site officers became suspicious when they recognized that the automobile had the wrong type of plate attached, and they ran a check leading them to perform a traffic stop when their search confirmed that the license plate was allegedly not registered to the vehicle to which it was affixed.

When an officer was speaking with the employee, a pill bottle without a label was allegedly seen which caused the officer to further inspect the inside of the vehicle. The personal information, including Social Security numbers, names, and dates of birth of 1,028 patients of the Long Beach Veterans Affairs Health Care System were allegedly found inside the employee’s vehicle. The officer also reported that over $1000 of federal property was also discovered during the search.
