After management called the police to report a man who was locked in the women’s bathroom inside of a Nashville McDonald’s he was caught naked and allegedly smelling like chemicals leading the responding officers to believe that he was under the influence of an inhalant intoxicant.

When the manager of McDonald’s attempted to get a man, who was identified as 25-year-old Brody Tyler Young, to leave the premises on Monday after he had reportedly locked himself inside of the ladies restroom for the entire afternoon, the authorities were notified and came to the location.

Police went into the women’s bathroom and noted that Young was inside one of the stalls with the lock on, and he was not wearing any clothing. They further believed that he smelled like chemicals and they purported that he had been inhaling something that caused him to become intoxicated.

Last weekend in Pomona a 71-year-old man reported that he was approached by a young man brandishing a gun, and pistol-whipped in an alleged assault.

Around 8:30 pm on Saturday, February 3, a Pomona resident was reportedly the victim of an unprovoked assault when an 18-year-old man that he did not know came up to him and began acting aggressively. The man was allegedly carrying a handgun and used it to assault the victim.

The authorities were notified and as soon as they were in sight, the suspected perpetrator, Pomona local Pablo Jimenez, fled the scene and attempted to hide inside of the bathroom at a local grocery store. When officers scouted the surrounding area they quickly located someone matching the description given to them by the victim, and they found Jimenez in the bathroom.

An employee who used to work for the clothing store Forever 21 discovered video camera footage on various pornographic websites of herself using the employee bathroom. She is suing the company for negligence and invasion of privacy alleging that they should be held accountable for failing to prevent the camera’s placement and protecting the privacy of their workers. The victim also filed for an order protecting her identity as she wishes to remain anonymous.

In 2011 the woman was attending Providence College in Rhode Island while working at Forever 21. A single-stall employee bathroom shared by staff members reportedly contained a hidden camera, which the victim claimed as the source of the videos circulating the internet. She discovered the footage at the end of last year.

Court documents reflect in the woman’s complaint that Forever 21 failed to provide security of any type in order to monitor and protect against the placement of the camera, and though the restroom was intended for the sole use of employees they have no way to be sure an unauthorized person or persons did not enter the lavatory.

Death Metal band Decapitated is currently visiting the United States from Poland on their “Double Homicide” tour. A woman who attended their show at The Pin, a venue in downtown Spokane, WA, has accused the four members of the band of kidnapping and gang-raping her in the bathroom of their bus following the performance.

The day after the show the woman filed a report alleging that she entered the bus for drinks with Michal Mikolaj Lysejko, 27; Waclaw Jan Kieltyka, 35; Rafal Tomasz Piotrowski, 31; and Hubert Edward Wiecek, 30, where they each took a turn sexually assaulting her. Information regarding the alleged kidnapping has not been disclosed at this time.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case at the request of the Spokane police. The band continued their tour for a month after the woman’s claims, when they were apprehended after their performance at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA.
