An employee of a Georgia restaurant reportedly called out from his shift because he was too inebriated to perform his job, and later allegedly attempted to steal money from the establishment at gunpoint.
Kentarias Gowans is a 20-year-old man from Flowery Branch who works for the Oakwood Steak n Shake restaurant.
On Thanksgiving, Gowans was reportedly scheduled to work a shift but he called in beforehand to alert them that he would not be coming in due to the fact that he had consumed too much alcohol.

Topless 81-Year-Old Arrested While Drinking Sunset Blush at Sunrise
An elderly woman was taken into custody when she was allegedly seen topless while drinking from a box of wine in public just after sunrise.
81-year-old Mary Ellen Stewart of Kenneth City was sitting on a bench on the premises of a St. Petersburg hospital just after 7:30 am on Thursday when some of the staff members reportedly witnessed her drinking from a box of wine without a shirt on, leaving her breasts exposed to the public.
Law enforcement arrived at the location and when they spotted Stewart they reported that she was not wearing anything to cover her top half. Additionally, they allegedly saw her holding a box of Sunset Blush wine above her head and drinking the contents straight from the attached spout.

Drunk Couple Charged for Having Sex in Public During Rush Hour
A man and woman who were reportedly intoxicated and in the act of having sexual intercourse on the ground and in plain sight of the many travelers passing the high-traffic area are facing charges for the allegations.
48-year-old Tony Willis and 42-year-old Verna LeClair are lovers that reside in the Oklahoma City area.
On June 15, during rush hour traffic around 5:30 pm, Willis and LeClair were allegedly seen under a tree in the vicinity of a local tire shop. The spot that they had chosen to occupy was reported as fully visible from both sides of the busy street where it was located.

Alleged Drunk Off Duty Deputy Punches Tween in Face at Restaurant
A Williamson County deputy has been fired from his position and charged after accusations that he punched a 12-year-old girl in the face outside of a restaurant while he was intoxicated.
Near dinnertime at the Oakwood BBQ restaurant in Austin, Texas, deputy Jack Danford Jr., reportedly a regular patron at the establishment, showed up at the restaurant to meet with his daughter and her boyfriend who had not arrived yet. When walking through the door staff members informed him that they were closed and he would have to leave, but he was said to have refused their request.
42-year-old Danford made his way to one of the tables outside in the back of the restaurant and allegedly consumed a couple of beers while waiting for the pair to arrive. When they made it to the destination Danford reportedly told his daughter that he had spent the day drinking.

Man Causes Thousands in Damage by Kicking Toilet in Strip Club
A patron of a Myrtle Beach gentleman’s club who authorities suspect was intoxicated was taken into custody on Monday for allegedly destroying a toilet in the establishment’s restroom, which caused structural and water damage.
On February 5, 20-year-old Pedro Alberto Bernar-Santiago was reportedly a customer at the Treasure Club, a strip club in South Carolina. At some point during his visit to the business, the man entered the restroom and kicked off the top of the toilet tank, breaking the structure that holds the plumbing and causing it to flood, according to a witness report.
The water overflowed out of the bathroom and gushed into the lobby of the speakeasy damaging the carpeting. Management estimated that the repairs to fix everything from the damages would cost a total of $4000.
