A man who is currently on parole and his passenger who was previously convicted of a felony are both facing charges after police pulled them over and alleged that they had a loaded firearm and drugs in the vehicle.

Just before 8:30 pm on Monday, officers with the Bakersfield Police Department performed a traffic stop on a vehicle with a male driver and one passenger.

Upon approaching the car one of the people inside was identified as 26-year-old Tremaine Jones and the driver was recorded as Deshon Forbes.

A woman who was seen riding a bicycle down the highway while topless has been accused of stealing from a clothing store near the location that she was apprehended.

On September 19, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible theft that had taken place at the Surfside Outfitters clothing and souvenir store in Ft. Walton Beach.

An employee said that a woman had come into the establishment and put on a pair of flip flop sandals that were on display for $19.99. She then allegedly took another piece of merchandise and put it inside of the bag she was carrying before she left the store without paying for the items. It was reported that the alleged thief had been using a bicycle as her mode of transportation.

The mother of a 1-year-old is facing a slew of charges after the authorities allegedly discovered her baby alone in a running vehicle while the woman reportedly took shots of liquor in a nightclub.

On Sunday, just before 2:00 am, 26-year-old Samantha Grace Vaughan reportedly placed her daughter in an infant car seat and drove to a nightclub where her husband was waiting for a ride.

When Vaughan arrived at her destination, the TrackSide Night Club in Copper Cove, she reportedly left her sleeping daughter in the vehicle with the keys in the ignition and the engine running while she went inside the establishment.

A Florida man who was in the midst of being detained for alleged assault trapped himself inside his residence for several hours when police tried to arrest him, but he reportedly became cooperative when they offered him a piece of pizza.

On the morning of February 26, the grandmother of Evan Charles McLemore called the authorities reporting that he had assaulted her and then locked himself in his room claiming he had a gun to his head.

Officers that specialize in crisis negotiation arrived at the home and McLemore allegedly kept them at bay while he remained secured inside the residence for a total of four hours.

While arresting three suspects for drug-related crimes, two Long Island police officers were in need of medical attention after being exposed to one of the substances.

Early Saturday morning, around 12:40 am, patrolling officers saw a Toyota sitting in the parking lot of a movie theater and they went up to the vehicle to find out what was going on.

When they approached the vehicle they reportedly found 31-year-old David Lyons sitting in the driver’s seat with his assumed partner, 31-year-old Grace Lyons in the passenger seat next to him. A man identified as 36-year-old Deron Barnes was allegedly an additional passenger.

When the dinner that her live-in boyfriend had purchased included items that she disapproved of, a woman reportedly threw the food at the man resulting in domestic violence charges for battery.

65-year-old Donna Lee Gramley and her 64-year-old partner live in a mobile home park together in an area close to Tampa Bay, Florida.

Gramley’s housemate bought Chinese food for dinner and he included some items in his order that he shared with his neighbors.

A man was riding a bicycle through the streets of Jensen Beach near midnight when local deputies in the area noticed that the bike was lacking lights, making him less visible to drivers on the road.

When the deputies stopped the man regarding his absence of front and rear lights, they reported that he did not want to cooperate and he would not disclose his name to them. The man then allegedly tried to continue on his way but the deputies prevented him from leaving the vicinity.

The man, identified as 22-year-old Jabari Schweitzer, was reportedly carrying a bag and during a search of the contents, a deputy discovered a baggie inside containing just under two-and-a-half ounces of what they suspected was drugs.

A man who was allegedly hanging out in a Florida park after hours issued a snarky retort to an officer in response to being asked for his name when he was approached about his trespassing.

Around 6:00 pm on November 6, a deputy at John Chestnut Park in Palm Harbor encountered a man on the grounds and informed him that he would have to leave because the park was closed for the evening.

When the deputy asked the man what his name was so that he could give him a warning for trespassing, he reported that the suspect said that his name was “Ben Dover.” The presumed-trespasser then allegedly stuck up his middle finger in the direction of the deputy and advanced upon him in a manner that gave the agent the impression that he was going to become physically aggressive.

A woman who is suspected of shoplifting from an Arkansas Walmart while wearing a cow costume allegedly used an appendage on the suit to make an unkind comment to a responding officer.

A security camera inside of a Walmart in Pine Bluff reportedly recorded a woman dressed in a cow costume while in the act of trying to steal Flonase allergy medicine by concealing it in her jacket pocket.

After the suspect and a person that she was shopping in the store with were seen going through the self-checkout they were stopped by the authorities as they were leaving the building.

When a high school sophomore wore a tee shirt with a message on it in response to her school’s dress code the incident resulted in criminal charges and her arrest.

15-year-old Isabella Messer is a student at Hopkinsville High School in Kentucky, and studies Tae Kwon Do in her spare time. Her mother has reported that Isabella has never gotten into any kind of trouble.

Isabella showed up at school while wearing a long sleeve shirt with peek-a-boo shoulders, which is against the new dress code implemented by the school district, and she was suspended for her attire going against the policy.
