Images of an Oregon man accused of raping a child he was babysitting reportedly depict him sexually engaging with a dog, and a dead or unconscious deer. 

32-year-old Damon J. Cervantes resides in Portland.  

On September 25, Cervantes was reportedly babysitting a 3-year-old child. Two additional children, whose relationship to Cervantes was not disclosed, were also at his home.

An 81-year-old pharmacist allegedly traded more than one person his drug inventory from his establishment for sexual favors.

Martin Brian owns and operates Murray-Overhill Pharmacy in Media, Pennsylvania. It is reported that his store is no longer open.

In April, the local authorities were notified about two people in a parked car behind Brian’s pharmacy. The caller told the police that the people were unconscious.

A man from Loma Linda reportedly talked to a minor using online communications and convinced her to meet him at a hotel room, where he allegedly forced her to remain while he drugged and raped her.

Last Friday, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office was reportedly alerted about a girl who was believed to be a runaway, and it was purported that she might have been trapped by someone at the Loma Linda Hotel against her will.

When the police went to the location and inspected the situation, they reported that they discovered 31-year-old Joshua Lewis Blackwell-Tallen and an underage girl were in a room together, and it was asserted that the man was forcing her to stay.

When one of the members of his bride’s wedding party became heavily intoxicated the groom allegedly sexually took advantage of her when he was asked to help escort her to safety.

On August 30, Daniel J. Carney, his fiancée, and their wedding party were celebrating with rafting and drinks on the Delaware River a couple of days before the big event.

While they were still on the water, one of the bridesmaids reportedly consumed so much alcohol that she was unable to partake in the water sports and had a hard time maintaining full consciousness.

A woman is has been charged for allegations of sexually abusing a man who was unconscious during the purportedly unwanted encounter.

36-year-old Jennifer Marie Johnson, a resident of Northport, Alabama, recently reportedly obtained a new vehicle to replace her 1998 Ford Mustang.

The woman found a 2013 Honda Civic that was available and she offered a deal to the sellers wherein she would trade her current automobile in addition to $500 for the Honda. The transaction was completed and Johnson, who is recorded as a prostitute by trade, began to operate the vehicle as her own.

A father from Inglewood who was involved in a car accident allegedly caused by him driving under the influence of alcohol learned that he will face an upcoming trial for his charges. His 10-year-old daughter was a passenger in the front seat and she was initially reported in critical condition from the crash.

On October 6 Gil Paul Hernandez was driving through Torrance in his BMW with his daughter in the car. He has been accused of causing an accident involving three vehicles. According to witnesses at the scene Hernandez was driving erratically and at a high speed, and frequently changing lanes in order to pass other cars. His BMW crashed into a Chevrolet Impala in front of him, and he was unsuccessful in his attempt to stabilize the BMW before making impact with a Toyota Camry traveling on the opposite side of the street.

Officers arrived at the scene, and nearly an hour after the accident Hernandez agreed to breathalyzer tests which recorded 0.099 and 0.098 percent blood alcohol content. When he agreed to a blood test it came back as 0.09 percent. These numbers exceed the legal limit of 0.08 percent in the state of California.
