A man who drives for Grubhub allegedly hit two Tampa Burger King employees when he reportedly became irritated by the amount of time he had to wait before his order would be ready.

43-year-old Daniel Delellis lives in Clearwater, Florida, and works as a food delivery driver for Grubhub.

Around 5:00 pm on December 28, Delellis was reportedly inside a Burger King fast-food restaurant to retrieve an order. When he approached the counter and asked for the edibles Delellis was informed that his order was not yet ready.

The grandmother of a man with a warrant was reportedly tazed three times with a stun gun when she tried to prevent law enforcement from entering her residence.

On the morning of December 24, deputies from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a home listed as the current address of a man who was reportedly in violation of the terms of his probation.

When they knocked on the door, the woman who answered was identified as the suspect’s grandmother, Barbara Pinkney, who was celebrating her 70th birthday.

A feisty Florida couple was allegedly discovered while in the act of having sex in a St. Pete Beach bar’s bathroom.

Just after midnight on December 22, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department was notified by the management at the Beachcomber Hotel Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Several of the patrons at the well-known Jimmy B’s Beach Bar informed the security staff that they believed a couple was using the establishment’s ladies’ bathroom for a sexual encounter. Security reportedly attempted to ask the couple to exit the premises, but the people behind the bathroom door did not comply, and the authorities were called.

While a woman was shopping with her 12-year-old in a Walmart store, a man allegedly masturbated in view of the child and completed his act upon the woman’s pants.

On the evening of December 13, a woman and her son were perusing the toy aisle in a Winter Haven, Florida, Walmart when her child began actively trying to get her attention.

When his mother asked him what was wrong the boy reportedly told her that he saw a man walk up behind her with his privates exposed. The child explained that the man was touching himself inappropriately. As a result, the man had, according to the affidavit, “ejaculated seminal fluid” onto her pants without her awareness and while the boy watched.

When the wife of a Florida man was allegedly struck as her husband attempted to hit her with a Pop Tart the authorities deemed it an act of criminal domestic violence.

36-year-old Brandon Sutherland is a disabled veteran who lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his 29-year-old wife.

Around 10:00 pm on December 15, Sutherland and his spouse reportedly got into an argument that escalated to the point where the man allegedly became rather frustrated.

An employee of a Georgia restaurant reportedly called out from his shift because he was too inebriated to perform his job, and later allegedly attempted to steal money from the establishment at gunpoint.

Kentarias Gowans is a 20-year-old man from Flowery Branch who works for the Oakwood Steak n Shake restaurant.

On Thanksgiving, Gowans was reportedly scheduled to work a shift but he called in beforehand to alert them that he would not be coming in due to the fact that he had consumed too much alcohol.

On Black Friday, police apprehended a man from Virginia after he was allegedly found inside his vehicle in a North Carolina Kohl’s parking lot without any clothing, and smoking marijuana.

When a Knightdale police officer was patrolling in the Knightdale Kohl’s parking lot, he reportedly caught a whiff of what he believed was marijuana.

The officer sought out the source of the smell, and after searching the parked vehicles he reportedly came across a man seated inside a car that had the window rolled down. When the officer got closer he noticed that the man sitting in the driver’s seat was not wearing any clothes.

A Jacksonville, Florida man has been accused of masturbating in a grocery store parking lot and attacking an elderly man who tried to get him to stop.

39-year-old Kerry Vandergriff was in the parking lot of the Miami Mexican grocery store Fresco Y Mas last Saturday afternoon when an elderly man allegedly saw him with his pants pulled down.

The man went up to Vandergriff and reportedly told him to cease his public sexual self-gratification and Vandergriff allegedly became upset by the request, issuing a punch to the senior citizen.
