A registered sex offender in Los Angeles County was caught after allegedly peering into a private residence and masturbating while looking at a 15-year-old girl.

29-year-old Luis Cedeno resides in Long Beach, California, and he is listed in the Megan’s Law database for sexual offenses of more than one count of indecent exposure, and annoying or molesting a child under 18 years of age.

Near 4:00 am on July 14, a person believed to be Cedeno was reportedly hanging around outside a home where a teenage girl was laying on the sofa while watching television in the living room.

When a woman claimed that her car had been stolen with a child still sitting in the back seat, the authorities searched for the youngster and stolen car before allegedly learning that the reported kidnapping was false.

Last Saturday, just after 9:00 pm, the Knoxville Police Department was alerted by a woman claiming that her vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and Restaurant. The caller also reportedly stated that a 10-year-old girl was sitting in the back seat when the car was taken.

The Oak Ridge Police Department, Airwatch, and Criminal Investigations Division investigators joined the Knoxville police in their frenzied attempt to locate the stolen vehicle holding the allegedly missing child.

The mother of a teenage boy allegedly kneeled on his throat until he was unable to breathe as she reportedly threatened to end his life in the same manner as George Floyd’s.

37-year-old Keriann C. Smith lives in a Genoa City, Wisconsin apartment with her 14-year-old son, and a daughter whose age has not been disclosed at this time.

On June 20, Smith reportedly attacked her son and allegedly applied a substantial amount of pressure to the boy’s throat using her knee.

29-year-old Donika Shaniece Mays and her boyfriend live together in Largo, Florida with their 2-year-old.

On the afternoon of July 14, Mays and her man were reportedly bickering all morning and their verbal fighting eventually allegedly turned physical.

When the response to a car accident led the authorities to a 7-year-old girl, it was asserted that the three people at the scene were responsible for allegedly torturing the child.

Around 9:30 pm on July 6, the Rosepine Police and Louisiana State Troopers learned of a car crash with possible injuries.

When they arrived at the scene, the officers identified 20-year-old Allen Clayton Fulks, and 22-year-old Dakota Wayne Singletary inside one of the vehicles and noted that they had visible wounds.

A former Kentucky high school teacher was arrested after the authorities allegedly learned that she engaged in sexual acts with a former underage student.

27-year-old Mollie Verkamp lives in Florence and used to teach at the high school in the Walton-Verona Independent School District.

According to the authorities, in May 2019, the school district reported Verkamp and accused her of sharing texts and videos with sexual content with an 18-year-old student while she was employed at the high school.

During an argument at a party intended to reveal the gender of her unborn child, a pregnant woman was allegedly assaulted by the uncle-to-be.

During the afternoon on July 12, a woman who is 6-months pregnant was hosting a party in St. Petersburg for her loved ones in celebration of the baby’s gender being revealed to all in attendance.

At some point during the social engagement, the father-to-be asked some of the guests if they would refrain from smoking due to children and his pregnant girlfriend being in the vicinity.

59-year-old Crystal Boyd (a.k.a. Crystal Caldwell) works at the front desk at the Quality Inn in Mystic.

On the morning of June 26, a couple that was staying in the hotel reportedly placed a call to the front desk about a problem regarding the water temperature.

On the evening of July 11, a man was driving a jeep down a road in Sarasota Springs when he allegedly began erratically maneuvering the vehicle.

The driver reportedly zigzagged back and forth between the lanes, in addition to allegedly striking the center divider with his Jeep.

A Florida man allegedly abruptly disrupted the start of a morning church service when he reportedly slammed his car through the doors and set the foyer ablaze using an accelerant.

Near 7:00 am last Saturday, worshippers at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ocala were getting ready for the morning mass to begin when they were reportedly halted by a potentially dangerous incident.

A van reportedly smashed through the doors of the church and came to a halt, before the driver allegedly emerged from the vehicle and began to splash gasoline around the foyer of the house of worship.
