An off-duty Memphis sergeant was accused of driving under the influence after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a structure outside of a liquor store.

62-year-old Sergeant Thomas Berryhill has worked with the Memphis Police Department for 26 years.

On Saturday afternoon, Berryhill was reportedly involved in a single-vehicle crash while he was off-duty involving his car and a column outside of a liquor store in East Memphis.

A married couple has been accused of treating money they discovered in their bank account as a windfall by spending it before contacting the financial institution to find out where the hefty sum came from.

On May 31, Montoursville couple Robert and Tiffany Williams reportedly noticed an inexplicably large balance totaling $120,000 above the $1,100 they actually had in their account at the BB&T Bank.

Though they allegedly knew that the money wasn’t theirs the Williams’ reportedly spent nearly three-weeks following the financial anomaly indulging in purchases including but not limited to an SUV, two ATV’s, and a car trailer. Bills were paid, and friends with money trouble were awarded $15,000 by the couple, purportedly using the funding found in the account.

A New York delivery driver allegedly stole $90,000 worth of luxury baked goods and sold them to unauthorized resellers at a lower-than-list-price on the black market.

32-year-old David Lliviganay started working as a delivery driver for the Lady M Confections headquarters in Long Island in 2017.

According to the Lady M Confections website, their signature crepe cakes “feature(s) no less than twenty paper-thin handmade crêpes layered with ethereal light pastry cream,” and they are priced at $90 each.

When a woman found her wife sleeping on the side of the bed that she favors, she allegedly attacked her significant other for the infraction.

33-year-old Ashley Crampton and her wife of three-years were staying in a room at the Budget Inn in Clearwater, Florida, last weekend.

When she spotted her woman asleep on the side of the bed where she typically slumbers Crampton allegedly responded by using her feet to quite literally kick her spouse off of the mattress and onto the floor.

The long-term meteorologist at an Ohio CBS news station has been accused of possessing child pornography that he has allegedly been collecting for several years.

60-year-old Mike Davis, the Chief Meteorologist with WBNS-TV, has been employed with the news channel for just over 30 years.

A couple of weeks ago, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICACTF) was given information regarding pornography depicting youngsters that Davis allegedly had in his possession.

A Florida man who was convicted of attempted murder was in court for sentencing when he reportedly turned on the prosecuting Assistant State Attorney and unexpectedly doused him with a urine-filled container.

In 2017, 28-year-old Albert Narvaez was accused of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm for pointing a gun in his fleeing girlfriend’s direction and unloading five or six rounds from a gun while she was running away. None of the bullets made contact with the woman, but Narvaez was charged and tried for the allegations.

After his trial was complete, Narvaez was found guilty of the charges and he was set to appear in Broward Circuit Judge Susan Alspector’s courtroom on Wednesday to receive his sentence.

The 75-year-old mother of a convicted felon who is serving his sentence at a county jail in Louisiana has been accused of attempting to get drugs to her son by dropping them off at an inmate work crew job site.

Arcadia resident Judy Futch’s 46-year-old son Derrek is currently an inmate at the Ouachita Correctional Center.

Last Monday, an Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy reportedly found a stash of Suboxone, a prescription drug often used for treating opioid dependency, at a work crew job site where inmates are taken to perform labor.

On September 2, a man reportedly illegally entered the home of his ex-girlfriend in the middle of the night and allegedly proceeded to threaten her life before he sliced her face with a knife.

44-year-old Alexander Chicas and his girlfriend of several years recently reportedly ended their long-term relationship when the woman claimed that Chicas had gotten physically violent with her and she decided to leave him.

Just before 2:00 am on Monday, the woman was inside her home with the window open when Chicas was suspected of tearing the screen off and climbing into her bedroom.

Utah couple Kimberly Marie Tutt and her husband Trev Jordan Tutt live in Ogden with their three daughters.

Recently, their 15-year-old alerted the police about how she was allegedly being treated by her mother and father at home. The girl, who the authorities believed appeared as if she was too small for her age, stated that she was punished by her parents in cruel ways, such as restricting her food intake and forcing her to go days at a time without water. A man from Alabama who received a life sentence after stealing $50 from a bakery is scheduled to be released from prison after his case caught the attention of a judge.

58-year-old Alvin Kennard has been incarcerated for the past 36 years due to a conviction for first-degree robbery when he stole $50 from the Highland Bakery in Bessemer with a knife in hand.

In 1984, Alabama law included the Habitual Felony Offender Act, which determined that a fourth-time offender would be issued a lifetime sentence.
