A 33-year-old man who fathered the child of an 11-year-old girl is facing felony charges for sexual abuse, but he denies that the birth was the result of a sexual encounter between the two.

New York resident Robert Cronin, his fiancée, and their 5 children live together in a home in Niskayuna.

In November, an 11-year-old girl with whom Cronin is acquainted gave birth to a child at a local hospital and Cronin was confirmed as the biological father through scientific testing.

Video footage from outside a North Carolina mall depicting a group-altercation involving a 51-year-old man and several preteen girls has resulted in the man facing charges for assault of more than one of the young girls.

David Steven Bell and his family were at the Asheville Mall together when the man reportedly noticed a woman who appeared to be having trouble with a group of youths. Bell notified the employees of the store he was in to alert them of the situation, and they called security to the location.

After Bell allegedly helped the woman leave the mall the group of children reportedly formed a circle around him outside the building.

An employee of KFC allegedly had an unpleasant encounter with a drive-thru customer resulting in accusations that she threw food at the man out of frustration.

30-year-old Shade Simmons was working her shift at KFC when she had a drive-thru customer who watched through the window while she prepared his food.

The man believed that Simmons was not following proper sanitation procedure while fixing his food and he became upset with the situation. After he spoke up about his allegations the two reportedly verbally taunted each other until his order was complete.

A woman accused of stealing a man’s high-end watches reportedly tried to conceal them inside of her body before she was apprehended by the authorities.

A pair who met and spent time together inside of a nightclub in Miami Beach allegedly decided to leave the establishment and have a nightcap in the man’s nearby hotel room.

It was reported that the two had drinks together in the man’s room at the Clarion Suites into early morning hours. When the man excused himself to use the restroom, he returned to find that a Crown Royal bag he had that contained five watches worth just over $100,000 was not where he had left it.

A woman who was previously arrested by an officer and allegedly developed a romantic interest in him has been accused of breaking the glass on the door to enter the police department after hours as a part of her pursuit of the man.

28-year-old Ashley Kristen Keister was arrested in mid-2018 and allegedly developed a crush on the officer that took her into custody.

Since her arrest, Keister has allegedly been sending several daily personal messages to the officer who is the reported target of her affections. She has additionally been accused of placing calls to 911 emergency services more than once in an attempt to speak with the man.

A Yale, Oklahoma, man is facing a host of charges after officers responding to a domestic violence call were met by a suspect who allegedly resisted arrest rather vehemently.

On the evening of December 19, 25-year-old Justin Howard Wilson reportedly went home under the influence of alcohol, and his neighbors allegedly believed he had also used other altering substances.

When Wilson showed up at his residence he was reportedly the passenger of a vehicle from which he allegedly tumbled out of and fell onto the ground. The woman at the home, said to be Wilson’s girlfriend, was reported as having tried to help him stand when he allegedly took a swing and landed a punch upon her, as well as the 9-month-old baby that she was holding in her arms.

As the authorities were in pursuit of a vehicle that they believed was being operated by an intoxicated driver they reported that the suspect attempted to switch seats with his passenger before officers approached the car.

Early on Saturday, Tempe police officers spotted an automobile allegedly being driven down the road erratically and weaving between the designated driving lanes.

As the police came up to the vehicle they allegedly caught the driver, identified as 40-year-old Terrell Maurice Ray, and the passenger of the car changing seats in what was believed to be an attempt to convince the officers that the passenger was operating the automobile.

The patron of a Florida hotel was allegedly caught in the act of sexually pleasuring himself in the lounging area on the rooftop of the building.

A staff member at the Hotel Zamora was working her shift on Wednesday afternoon when she reportedly saw a man get out of the elevator without any clothing on. The nude fellow allegedly made himself cozy on one of the lounge chairs on the hotel’s rooftop, which overlooks the Gulf waters.

The employee reportedly became alarmed and notified a manager to handle the situation so that she would not have to confront the naked stranger, who continued masturbating in the public area.

A man remains in custody after being held accountable for an incident involving the vandalism of an Arizona airport causing them to halt operations for a full day in order to administer repairs.

On Friday, the Glendale Municipal Airport was the site of an incident involving damage to an entire floor of their building. The airport serves as an institution that provides instruction to new pilots and contains technological devices that allow the trainees to participate in mock-flights for practice.

The reported cause of the catastrophe appeared to be a suspect who allegedly broke several windows with a hammer before bringing a hose inside of the building and allowing it to flood the interior of the ground floor. The building was unable to reopen for 24 hours due to the amount of clean-up and dry time needed to restore it, and it reportedly cost $70,000 to complete the job.

After a bank in Irvine found they were missing nearly $30,000, the woman that they believe is responsible for the absent currency is facing possible charges for bank fraud.

Long Beach resident Kathleen Hanley has been employed with Irvine’s California First National Bank since January 2015. She reportedly started as a customer service representative and worked her way up to the position of assistant operation’s manager within approximately three years.

Due to her experience gained through both of her positions, the authorities have posited that Hanley used her knowledge of the bank’s procedures to fraudulently benefit herself financially.
