The father of a teen boy is facing charges after driving his son and an underage girl to the park where the teenagers reportedly engaged in sexual activity.

On Sunday night around 11:40 pm, an officer noticed a Toyota in a parking space at McChesney Park. When he went up to the man sitting in the driver’s seat to find out why he was at the location after hours the man reportedly said that he had given his 15-year-old son and a 15-year-old girl a ride to the park.

The officer reported that he asked why the man, identified as 53-year-old Laurence Mitchell, would take his son and the girl to a park in the middle of the night. Mitchell allegedly said that he believed they were just being teenagers and doing “what kids do,” and that they were not causing any trouble.

Three caregivers were hired to provide assistance to a man they believed had Down syndrome, and they allegedly discovered he lied about having the disorder in order to derive sexual gratification when they changed his diapers and cleaned his private parts.

A caregiver was hired for an assignment in May after she replied to an ad that she found on a site called CareLinx, where people seeking in-home aide can connect with people who can offer them the support they need.

The woman was offered the job after texting with someone named Amy, who she believed was the client’s mother. She was reportedly told that she would be attending to the needs of a 31-year-old man who has Down syndrome and needs his diapers changed, in addition to assistance when he bathes. She was further instructed that she should punish the man if he went to the bathroom in his diaper.

A patron of a Florida storage facility became involved in an argument leading to a physical fight with a staff member when they took different sides on the issue of the Colin Kaepernick protest that started when he kneeled during the National Anthem in 2006.

When 60-year-old Peter Jordan went to Port Saint Lucie Storage he reportedly began discussing football with one of the employees. The conversation allegedly turned sour when the subject of Colin Kaepernick came up and each of the men had differing opinions on the protest started through his action.

According to the arrest affidavit, Jordan approached the alleged victim when he stepped behind the counter and became verbally aggressive toward him. Things reportedly elevated to the point that a physical encounter ensued, and another employee tried to intervene by stepping between the two men which resulted in an injury to his arm.

A man who was reportedly trying to manage his anxiety through public masturbation was taken into custody after he was allegedly caught in the act inside a coin-op laundry business.

Around 2:30 am on September 11, 911 received a call from a concerned citizen reporting that a man was inside of a 24-hour laundromat that he believed had his pants down while touching his penis in public view.

Police dispatched to the location and saw a man allegedly seated inside the laundromat and masturbating. The suspect was also reported as using his cell phone to view pornographic material during the incident.

An Ohio grocery store reported that they have suffered a loss of over $9,000 due to one of their long-term employees eating slices of lunchmeat during her shifts without paying for the food.

The management of loss prevention at the Giant Eagle grocery store chain located in Bolivar, Ohio, received information alleging that one of the employees of the market had been eating up to five slices per shift of cold cuts from the deli counter without paying for the items in the five or more years that she worked for the company.

The amount of missing product, which were reported as mostly ham and some salami, was estimated to hold a total of $9200. The suspected theft was reported to the authorities, and an officer with the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office took the statement from the manager by telephone.

A girl was caught on video when she pushed her friend off of a bridge in Washington in August, and she is now facing criminal charges.

On August 7, a group of friends gathered at Moulton Falls at a bridge that people have jumped off for fun for quite some time, though it is not legal to do so. When one of the people in the group decided to jump from the bridge into the water below another one of the people in the party, 16-year-old Jordan Holgerson, said that she would like to jump as well.

Holgerson stated that she felt nervous about jumping from the 60-foot drop into the water and one of her friends, 18-year-old Tay’Lor Smith, offered to assist her with a shove.

A preteen who failed to do his homework was allegedly punished by being physically assaulted by his mother who is now being charged for the incident.

In May, a 12-year-old boy got in trouble when his mother learned that he did not do his homework. She allegedly issued his punishment by abusing him in different ways.

The boy’s mom, Sharleen Hidalgo, has been accused of harshly criticizing her son, in addition to several types of physical assaults such as punching and kicking, due to his failure to complete class assignments.

A motorist traveling down the interstate at an alleged high speed made an impact with the back of a travel trailer containing two horses, and one of the horses was hurt in the accident. The driver who allegedly caused the crash is suspected of having been under the influence of alcohol when the incident occurred.

On Saturday, in the pre-dawn hours, a man was traveling down the Interstate while transporting two horses to Texas. Around 2:30 am a vehicle crashed into the back of the trailer carrying the horses and destroyed the rear door.

One of the horses being transported, an 800-pound Appaloosa named Oliver, was flung around the inside of the trailer with force during the accident and he became free of his safety harness allowing him to exit the trailer. The animal was bleeding from his back leg, but he began to trot down the road a bit before the driver caught him and created a makeshift compression bandage to try to attend to the injury until emergency medical help arrived.

During an encounter leading to the arrest of two suspects, the driver of the vehicle they were pursuing, who the police believe has been selling prescription drugs, smashed into three police cars while allegedly attempting to escape.

Milpitas police began an investigation regarding the suspected illegally distribution of prescription medication for profit. They turned their attention to a man that is a Milpitas resident and spent five months looking into the alleged activity.

When detectives located the purported drug dealer in a car in the parking lot of a shopping center they made an attempt to apprehend him.

When a father went to the police department to report that his teenage son had died during a religious fast that the family was on the authorities went to their apartment and the deceased boy’s brother was found alive but starving.

49-year-old Kehinde Omosebi reportedly walked into the Reedsburg police station on Sunday to let them know that his 15-year-old son had passed away in their apartment.

Officers went to the family’s home with Omosebi where they reported that the door had padlocks on the inside. It was also noted that the electricity was not activated, there did not appear to be any food items in sight, and the apartment was very sparsely furnished containing only some folding chairs and a bed.
