A Florida man who has a long criminal history is facing charges after he allegedly pelted a convenience store worker with a piece of chicken coated with spicy sauce because he did not think it was fully cooked.
Early in the morning on December 17, a 32-year-old man from St. Petersburg walked into a local Wawa convenience store. While he was there, he ordered chicken covered with spicy Nashville sauce.
According to reports, when he received his food and began to eat it, he believed that it was undercooked. The man allegedly got angry and decided to bring it back to the counter, and he issued his complaint to the employee who initially served him. Few words were spoken before the man allegedly used the chicken to batter the worker. He allegedly threw the underprepared poultry in the direction of the employee, and it struck them in the face. The fiery sauce reportedly splashed into the worker’s eye.
