A Clearwater resident is facing felony charges after she allegedly injured her boyfriend with a pen and a candy cane during a domestic dispute.

On April 25, 35-year-old Christina Zicuis and her boyfriend reportedly became entangled in a situation that turned sour and became physical that involved a discussion about Zicuis’ deceased child.

When Zicuis allegedly decided that verbalizing her anger was not effective she reportedly grabbed a pen and thrust it in the direction of her boyfriend. The writing instrument allegedly pierced his skin and the man reportedly tried to depart from the home.

A Kansas man was arrested for sexual offenses after it was asserted that he allegedly raped his girlfriend’s 10-year-old daughter, who is pregnant as a result of the assaults.

At the end of February, a midwife was called to a home in Overland Park for her services to help the mother-to-be work out a birth plan for the delivery of her child.

When the midwife arrived at the residence and began working with the girl she reportedly found that a 10-year-old child was the pregnant party, and it was posited that she had not seen an obstetrician for the full duration of the 26-week pregnancy.

The girlfriend of a man who was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence was also charged for DUI when she allegedly showed up at the police station while intoxicated.

Last Thursday, 30-year-old Kristen Lee-Ann Robbins learned that her boyfriend had been incarcerated at the Chambersburg Police Department for an alleged DUI offense.

The woman headed to the police station to pick up her companion, and when she entered the building it was reported that officers got the impression that Robbins had been drinking before she arrived.

When 911 received an abundance of calls from a woman reporting that her boyfriend was being mean to her, the police alleged that she exploited the system by falsifying her need for help.

Last week 40-year-old Mary Ann Parrish and her boyfriend were apparently not seeing eye-to-eye, and the woman was reported as calling 911 half a dozen times in a four-hour period to let them know that he was acting like a jerk.

When a deputy dispatched to the Lacoochee, Florida, home to investigate the reason behind the alleged barrage of calls for emergency assistance it was reported that Parrish again notified 911 while he was already at the location.

A woman who wanted to snuggle with her significant other on Wednesday morning is facing charges for domestic battery after her boyfriend turned her down due to the fact that he was too overheated from the warm weather.

Kristy Misty Mudd and her boyfriend, Jared Thompson, reside together in Clearwood, Florida. Around 11:30 am on May 16, Mudd reportedly wanted Thompson to join her in cuddling together, but he declined her invitation. The temperature outside was near 90 degrees and he explained that he felt too hot to comply at the time.

Mudd allegedly became agitated when he turned down her request and began to act out physically. She reportedly pushed Thompson, who was standing in the doorway of the bedroom and scraped her nails on his face leaving a visible wound. She proceeded to overturn furniture and other items in the residence out of anger leaving the living room area in disarray.

An elementary school special education teacher has been accused of stealing iPads that belong to the school district and reselling them for profit. Her boyfriend is also a suspect in the purported activity.

42-year-old Amanda Mirkovich has been employed with the Clark County School District in Las Vegas since 2013. For the past three years, she has been on an assignment as a special needs teacher at Tate Elementary School.

During the course of an investigation, authorities were sorting through the transaction records from the local pawn shops on April 3 when they discovered three iPads that raised their suspicions. Upon further inspection, they learned that the electronics had black stickers placed on the underside that seemed unusual. When the stickers were removed an engraving saying “Property of the Clark County School District” was revealed beneath the concealing label.

In October 2016, a Huntington Beach woman took the stand as a witness in defense her boyfriend who was charged with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. Her boyfriend was found guilty and sentenced. The woman was arrested on Thursday for allegations of providing false testimony during the trial in order to protect him from a conviction.

Jeffrey Scott Jones, boyfriend of 50-year-old Cynthia Marie Dunaway-Erickson, stood trial for raping a teenage girl living under her care. The victim told her friend’s mother about the sexual assault and the mother reported it to the police. Officers took the girl for a rape examination where DNA was collected and examined. When the sample matched Jones’ DNA he was taken into custody.

Dunaway-Erickson testified on behalf of Jones, and she confirmed the defense’s claim that the semen was discovered inside the girl because she and Jones used the same towel.

33-year-old Ah Le Fang resides in Fullerton with his mother Lu Thao, her boyfriend and his sister. Late one evening Fang began arguing with his sister resulting in closing himself into his bedroom and refusing to open the door. When his mother attempted to communicate with him, Fang allegedly emerged from his room with a knife in his hand and stabbed 50-year-old Thao in the stomach, and her 75-year-old boyfriend in the arm. He then ran out of the home.

Thao called 911 to report that she and her boyfriend had been attacked. When Fullerton police responded they discovered she was suffering from a laceration to her abdomen, and her boyfriend with a deep gash on his arm. Both injured parties were transported for medical treatment. Thao’s wound was fatal, and it was reported that her boyfriend was in serious condition.

Despite Fang fleeing he was quickly found by police. Upon investigation the officers also discovered a knife that they speculate is the weapon that was used in the assaults. Fang was taken into custody and he is being held on $1 million bail. He faces charges of felony murder, attempted murder, and a sentencing enhancement for premeditated murder.
