Two women who work at a California daycare center allegedly fractured the skull of a child they were taking care of and reportedly did not let the parents know about the injury.

29-year-old Megan Maldonado resides in San Bernardino, and Felicia Ann Ferra, 50, lives in Yorba Linda. Both women are employees who provide daycare to the children enrolled at a Rancho Cucamonga Kiddie Academy Educational Childcare.

Last September, the authorities opened an investigation after the Loma Linda University Medical Center Pediatric Intensive Care Unit informed them about an eight-month-old boy’s injuries. The police were told that the infant’s skull was fractured, and it was believed that the injury might have come from abuse.

The alleged attacker of a woman in the bathroom of an outlet mall in Gulfport nearly escaped after reportedly leaving her severely injured.

On the evening of July 19, a vacationing woman and her family visited the Gulfport Premium Outlets mall in Mississippi.

The woman went into the restroom, and she was reportedly met by a man hiding inside. The stranger allegedly locked the door when the woman entered.

A 5-year-old boy lost his life after his babysitter allegedly horrifically abused him causing trauma to his brain and internal organs.

Laurren Jeanette Courtney is a 22-year-old self-employed entertainer in Las Vegas.

Since August, Courtney has supplemented her income by providing sitting services to a family with a 5-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter. Courtney reportedly sat for the children between 3 and 5 days per week.

While a two-month-old child’s parents were allegedly engaged in a brutal confrontation, the baby was reportedly stabbed in the head and needed hospitalization for the injuries.

Wilson, North Carolina, residents 21-year-old Angel Marie Webb and 21-year-old Eusebio Munoz Jr. recently became new parents.

On May 27, Webb and Munoz Jr. allegedly began disputing early in the morning, and the discord reportedly led to Webb picking up a screwdriver and wielding it as a weapon towards her husband.

A woman who allegedly assaulted and injured her boyfriend reportedly told one of the responding paramedics that she had the coronavirus before allegedly coughing spittle in his face.

38-year-old Lady Lake resident LaDonald Shakkie Holmes was with her boyfriend in the early morning hours on March 18.

While the couple was in bed together Holmes reportedly wanted to share a sexual encounter with her beau, but the man did not share her desire at the time.

The supervisor of a non-profit school for at-risk children was arrested after allegedly failing to report the situation when a 12-year-old boy was seriously injured as an alleged result of a physical altercation with a behavioral interventionist. 

On February 11, at the AMIkids Pinellas Park location, a 12-year-old boy who attends school there reportedly started misbehaving and skipped the lunch line.

A behavioral interventionist that was on duty at the time reportedly stepped in and ushered the child to a room that the school calls “Opportunity Room,” which is usually used for taking tests and computer lab assignments.

The mother of a girl in San Antonio suffered from skull fracturing when her daughter allegedly beat her in the head with a crucifix on Sunday.

On October 27, 25-year-old Christian Lydia Martinez had reportedly left home early in the day. During the time that she was out, Martinez allegedly imbibed some alcoholic beverages before going back to the residence later in the afternoon.

Martinez’s mother was home when her daughter came in, and the two allegedly started to argue with each other.

A South Carolina man reportedly attacked officers during a drug arrest causing one of them serious injury and harming another. He is facing several charges for the assault.

Demetrius Lamont Jamison, a 26-year-old man who resides in Orangeburg, was walking home on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. He decided to walk through a wooded area near the Craven Lane Trailer Park to get to his destination.

At the time that Jamison was walking officers from the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety were in the process of investigating a report that there had been gunshots fired at the trailer park.

A man riding his bicycle in Costa Mesa on Tuesday suffered from injuries after he was the victim of a hit and run incident. The alleged driver was detained after police sought public assistance through social media.

Around 8:30 a.m. on March 20 a man was riding his bike near a Costa Mesa intersection when a car made impact with him. The vehicle left the 56-year-old man wounded on the side of the road and drove off.

Someone noticed the cyclist injured in the street and alerted the authorities after approaching to assist him. Costa Mesa police along with Costa Mesa Fire and Rescue proceeded to the scene of the accident. The man was taken to a local hospital and diagnosed with a compound fracture of the ankle.
