27-year-old Corey Pujols is a manager at a Dunkin’ located inside of a Marathon Gas in Tampa.

In the afternoon on May 4, Pujols was working a shift when a regular customer came through the drive-thru.

A Florida man was charged when he reportedly hit an Uber driver after trying to enter the vehicle without a face mask and being told that he would not be permitted.

In the early morning hours on October 27, 30-year-old Christopher Vacha reportedly put in a request for an Uber to pick him up at an apartment building in Treasure Island.

The driver fulfilling the Seminole man’s ride order arrived at the pick-up location, and Vacha reportedly walked up to the vehicle without a face mask.

An unmasked Florida man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting an elderly man shopping at a gas station convenience store due to a disagreement over social distancing protocol.

On the evening of September 8, a 24-year-old man and a 70-year-old man were both frequenting the Citgo gas station convenience store.

The elderly man noticed that the younger shopper was not wearing a face covering, and he assessed the distance between the two was much closer than the 6-foot protocol meant to protect against the possible spread of COVID-19.

When a teenage employee at a Pennsylvania theme park asked a couple of guests to wear face masks, the worker was allegedly assaulted by the patrons and left with serious injuries.

On August 9, a 17-year-old was working his shift at Sesame Place children’s theme and water park in Middletown Township.

Since the governor has put a public face-covering mandate in place, the establishment is asking guests over the age of 2 to wear masks in all areas other than in the water, and while eating.

A man riding in a Lyft was accused of taking issue with the driver’s plastic partition between the front and back seats and assaulting the man while he was still navigating the car on the road.

Around midnight on August 2, 36-year-old Travis Smith and one of his friends who had a child in tow hailed a Lyft to drive them to Smith’s home.

When the riders got into the car and gave the driver the Palm Coast address where they wished to be dropped off, Smith allegedly began to question the reason the driver had a plastic barrier installed in the vehicle.

A white couple from Brooklyn has been accused of a violent and racist attack of a black woman who works at a Connecticut hotel.

59-year-old Crystal Boyd (a.k.a. Crystal Caldwell) works at the front desk at the Quality Inn in Mystic.

On the morning of June 26, a couple that was staying in the hotel reportedly placed a call to the front desk about a problem regarding the water temperature.

Two men reportedly refusing to wear face coverings while vising a Los Angeles Target store allegedly assaulted one of the security guards as they were being ejected from the premises.

On May 1, at a Target in Van Nuys, two men were reported as walking into the store without anything covering their faces, which is against the current store policy put in place in compliance with the mayor’s Safer at Home order.

According to the Los Angeles’ “Safer at Home Emergency Order,” the places that are currently open can refuse service to those without coverings who enter their establishments since the order specifies that all visitors “must wear face coverings over their noses and mouths.”

A man has been accused of responding to his girlfriend’s request to watch something besides the Donald Trump impeachment hearing by assaulting her.

On January 21, 53-year-old Lonnie Clark and his girlfriend were together in the room at the Scottish Inn in York County, Pennsylvania where the man resides.

Clark reportedly decided to spend the day watching the President’s impeachment trial and his girlfriend said the content appeared to put him in a foul mood.
