When a woman from Missoula, Montana was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol she allegedly became unruly and delivered a kick to the head of one of the responding officers.

On Friday night, a woman who had been shopping in a convenience store was seen by someone as she exited the establishment and reportedly got into her vehicle.

The onlooker got the impression that the woman had been drinking too much to drive, and they notified the authorities to alert them about the possibly dangerous situation.

On Black Friday, police apprehended a man from Virginia after he was allegedly found inside his vehicle in a North Carolina Kohl’s parking lot without any clothing, and smoking marijuana.

When a Knightdale police officer was patrolling in the Knightdale Kohl’s parking lot, he reportedly caught a whiff of what he believed was marijuana.

The officer sought out the source of the smell, and after searching the parked vehicles he reportedly came across a man seated inside a car that had the window rolled down. When the officer got closer he noticed that the man sitting in the driver’s seat was not wearing any clothes.

A Sumpter County woman accused of driving under the influence of alcohol allegedly tried to get an officer to place a 25-cent bet on the elevated the level her breathalyzer test would display after she blew into the machine.

On August 19, 62-year-old Mary Westerlund was reportedly sitting in her vehicle near her residence in The Villages retirement community in central Florida.

A passerby spotted the woman in her Acura and they thought she appeared to be intoxicated. The Sumpter County police were notified to report the incident.

A Washington man suspected of car prowling has accused the authorities of using excessive force while detaining him for a crime he did not commit.

52-year-old Mark A. Domino and his mother are employed at Walmart in Clarkston, Washington.

Just before 6:00 pm on Monday evening, Domino got off work and headed to his mother’s vehicle to retrieve a clothes hanger.

A woman who was accused of driving under the influence reportedly tried to explain to an officer that she would be unable to take the roadside sobriety test without failing, whether or not she had been drinking.

On May 28, a sheriff’s deputy arrived at the scene of a reported car accident involving a single car.

When the deputy scoped out the surrounding area, a vehicle was seen in a nearby ditch approximately 900 feet away from a damaged fixture on the highway. He went up to the car and spoke with the driver, identified as Amanda Barrett, and asked her what transpired.

A man who was allegedly under the influence was also accused of transporting two women under the guise that he was an Uber driver.

Last week, two women had gone out for drinks and ended up at the Cookout in Nashville, when they decided to hail an Uber so they wouldn’t be on the road after imbibing.

A vehicle approached and the women got inside, and both took a seat in the back.

An allegedly drunken pinball player who became angered by her gaming experience reportedly physically got her kicks in against an EMT and several law enforcement officers when her conduct led to her arrest.

Kilee Nicole Cunningham, 26, was hanging out at a Plainfield Township bowling alley having some cocktails and playing pinball in the late-night hours.

Just before the clock struck 12, Cunningham, who was allegedly three sheets to the wind, had been playing a game of pinball when her money was lost in the machine.

A teenager who was allegedly under the influence of LSD while at school is facing charges after being accused of handling the breasts of three employees and trying to choke a nurse at the hospital with her stethoscope.

On January 16, a student at Liberty High School in Ohio allegedly began acting in inappropriate ways when he reportedly earnestly grabbed the breasts of a woman who works at the school as a teacher.

The school’s resource officer reported that he heard what sounded like a female yelling and he quickly made his way to the area in which he heard the ruckus.

When police responded to a call about a man who was allegedly causing problems inside of an establishment due to the belief that he was drunk they reported that he claimed to try to share knowledge of how the universe works, and upon his arrest, he was accused of possessing drugs.

The owner of Crawdaddy’s N’awlins Grill & Raw Bar had placed a call to the authorities when he felt that one of the men inside of the establishment was drunken and behaving in a disorderly manner. The proprietor said that he asked the person to exit the bar but he would not comply.

Just after 1:00 pm, a sheriff’s deputy arrived at the bar and the owner alleged that the offender was 42-year-old James Sutton.

On the afternoon of March 7, a mother reportedly left her 2-year-old son locked inside of her SUV in the heat for over half an hour while she was shopping.

On Monday around 2:45 p.m. Mt. Juliet police received a call from someone stating that they were concerned upon discovering a young child by himself in a vehicle in the parking lot at a Walgreens store.

Officers dispatched to the location and observed the toddler alone inside of the parked car. The boy was allegedly crying and soaked with perspiration from the heat and the police determined that he needed to be removed from the vehicle. One of the officers broke the window in order to retrieve the boy and paramedics arrived to make sure that he did not need medical assistance. They found him to be in good condition.
