While being apprehended for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol the suspect being detained reportedly made several comments that were racist in content to the arresting African-American deputy.

Just prior to midnight on February 7, the authorities received a report regarding a Lexus that was being operated in an unsafe manner.

When deputies dispatched to the area they found that the driver of a vehicle matching the description they were given, 53-year-old Julie Edwards from Deland, Florida, was displaying signs of drunkenness while they were interacting with her.

A man was arrested at an Oregon police station when officers working inside viewed him allegedly trying to steal a bike that was locked up outside near the front door.

Early in the evening on December 27, a surveillance camera at the Gladstone Police Department recorded someone walking toward the front of the building wearing dark clothing with a hood, and a piece of fabric concealing their facial area.

Officers inside the police station reported that as they were watching the live footage streaming from the video camera they noticed that the man appeared to be carrying a tool.

A high school teacher in Visalia was recorded during class while she allegedly sang the National Anthem and used a pair of scissors to cut a child’s hair without his permission.

52-year-old Margaret Gieszinger, an educator since 1987 as stated on her LinkedIn profile, has recently been instructing children in chemistry at the University Preparatory High School in Tulare County.

On Wednesday, someone posted a video online stating that it was recorded in Gieszinger’s first class of the day. The footage showed a male student sitting in a chair in the front of the classroom while the other students were at their desks, and a woman with the appearance of Gieszinger had a pair of scissors in her hand. She was heard yelling the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner while she is shown taking a portion of the teenage boy’s hair from his head and throwing it behind her.

A woman in West Palm Beach who was being apprehended for shoplifting accused a deputy of raping her during her transport for booking, and she is now facing charges due to the belief that she lied about the sexual assault.

In January, Marley Barberian was accused of shoplifting nearly $70 in merchandise from a Target store.

After two deputies responded, and as Barberian was being removed from the premised, she reportedly slapped the male deputy and he placed her on the ground to affix handcuffs so she could be taken to the county jail.

When the leaseholder of a storage unit reported that $50,000 worth of collectible guitars were missing from their space the authorities opened an investigation to try to discover the perpetrator of the alleged theft.

On October 3, the alleged victim reported that 21 pricey guitars had been taken from their container at an Extra Space Storage facility located in Irvine.

Video footage from the storage facility premises during the time that the alleged incident took place was reviewed and it reportedly displayed a man and woman each wheeling many cases of guitars on a dolly and loading the cases into a vehicle.

An Ohio mom gave her son consent to receive a tattoo and she is facing charges based on a video that was recorded during the procedure that allegedly depicted an unlicensed teenager doing the work in an unclean space.

34-year-old Nikki Dickinson and her son Skylar live in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and Skylar turned 10-years-old in mid-September.

According to Dickinson, her son had been hounding her for quite some time about wanting to get a tattoo. When she said she became tired of him asking she gave him consent for the work to take place a week after his birthday.

The driver of a school bus in Indiana has been accused of allowing three students, the youngest age 11, to drive the bus with other children onboard.

On Thursday, 27-year-old Joandrea McAtee was charged with driving the bus to deliver children home after school. While making her stops she allegedly allowed three of the children on board to take control of the wheel for a period of time, and additionally reportedly provided instructions on how to properly operate the vehicle.

The students who were allegedly allowed to drive the bus, ages 11, 13, and 17, did so while other children were passengers. They reportedly took turns at the wheel while driving in a remote, rural area.

A refreshments employee at Comerica Park stadium in Detroit has been accused of tampering with the pizza dough while he was preparing an order for a customer.

On September 21, when the Detroit Tigers played against the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park stadium, a man working for the company that supplies the food during events held at the location was reportedly preparing a pizza.

The employee, 20-year-old Jaylon Kerley, allegedly spit on top of the dough before adding sauce on top of the saliva.

A girl was caught on video when she pushed her friend off of a bridge in Washington in August, and she is now facing criminal charges.

On August 7, a group of friends gathered at Moulton Falls at a bridge that people have jumped off for fun for quite some time, though it is not legal to do so. When one of the people in the group decided to jump from the bridge into the water below another one of the people in the party, 16-year-old Jordan Holgerson, said that she would like to jump as well.

Holgerson stated that she felt nervous about jumping from the 60-foot drop into the water and one of her friends, 18-year-old Tay’Lor Smith, offered to assist her with a shove.

A preteen who failed to do his homework was allegedly punished by being physically assaulted by his mother who is now being charged for the incident.

In May, a 12-year-old boy got in trouble when his mother learned that he did not do his homework. She allegedly issued his punishment by abusing him in different ways.

The boy’s mom, Sharleen Hidalgo, has been accused of harshly criticizing her son, in addition to several types of physical assaults such as punching and kicking, due to his failure to complete class assignments.
