A Florida man purported to be drunk was arrested after he reportedly smashed his vehicle into a county road sign reminding drivers on the road to “Stay Sober or Get Pulled Over.”

In the early morning hours on August 30 in Port Charlotte, an electrical sign placed by the county reading, “Stay Sober or Get Pulled Over,” was destroyed when a blue Mazda truck reportedly struck it, resulting in a single-vehicle collision.

The authorities were alerted about the incident, and an officer headed to the scene to learn what had taken place.
