A man onboard a flight on Sunday night was removed from the plane by law enforcement, who had to employ a taser to get him to comply after he allegedly started an altercation with a couple seated near him and became unruly.

A couple seated on American Airlines flight 2446 reportedly had an encounter with another passenger when the woman alleged that the stranger had inappropriately touched her. The accusation caused an argument between the couple and the man, who was later identified as 28-year-old Jacob Garcia of Chicago.

The airline manager intervened and in an attempt to diffuse the situation he assigned Garcia to a new seat away from the people with whom he had the dispute. Garcia was reported as making racially insensitive comments toward the couple after being asked to move.

A South Carolina man reportedly attacked officers during a drug arrest causing one of them serious injury and harming another. He is facing several charges for the assault.

Demetrius Lamont Jamison, a 26-year-old man who resides in Orangeburg, was walking home on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. He decided to walk through a wooded area near the Craven Lane Trailer Park to get to his destination.

At the time that Jamison was walking officers from the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety were in the process of investigating a report that there had been gunshots fired at the trailer park.

An elementary school special education teacher has been accused of stealing iPads that belong to the school district and reselling them for profit. Her boyfriend is also a suspect in the purported activity.

42-year-old Amanda Mirkovich has been employed with the Clark County School District in Las Vegas since 2013. For the past three years, she has been on an assignment as a special needs teacher at Tate Elementary School.

During the course of an investigation, authorities were sorting through the transaction records from the local pawn shops on April 3 when they discovered three iPads that raised their suspicions. Upon further inspection, they learned that the electronics had black stickers placed on the underside that seemed unusual. When the stickers were removed an engraving saying “Property of the Clark County School District” was revealed beneath the concealing label.

A man at a park in Menifee was arrested for allegedly molesting a little girl after parents chased him and forced him to stay at the location until the authorities arrived.

On Tuesday afternoon several people were enjoying La Ladera Park, many of which were parents with their children and others were there for a Pony League baseball practice.

Around 6:30 p.m. while a 9-year-old girl and her friend were playing together, a man allegedly approached the young girl and tried to encourage her to perform sexually inappropriate actions such as asking her to do the splits on top of him. A bystander also stated that the man had grabbed the girl’s buttocks.

A father who was driving with his two teenage sons just after midnight on Wednesday was allegedly responsible for an accident when he made impact with a train in Santa Monica, and he is facing felony charges for the event.

54-year-old Anthony Manual Beltran Sr. of Waterford, Connecticut, was driving in Santa Monica with his two 16-year-old sons on April 18 at roughly 12:20 a.m.

Beltran reportedly failed to stop for a red light at an intersection causing his Kia sedan to smash into a moving Metro Expo Line train. When Santa Monica Police Department officers arrived at the scene they discovered the car with its airbags deployed and all of the passengers were in need of medical assistance. Officers suspected that Beltran had been drinking and they alleged that may have been the cause of the accident.

A man who discovered that his partner had thrown away his Big Mouth Billy Bass is facing domestic violence charges after he allegedly threw the item which then struck his companion.

54-year-old Gregory Carney and his life partner, 52-year-old Larry Timmerman have shared a relationship for 17 years, and they reside together in a Florida home.

On April 22, Carney and Timmerman were having a spat that was said to have continued throughout the day. Carney, knowing that Timmerman was irritated by the singing fish, began entering and exiting the room while playing with his Big Mouth Billy Bass in an alleged attempt to annoy his partner. The novelty item plays recorded clips from the songs “Don’t Worry, Be Happy,” and “Take Me to the River” when depressing a button, while a toy fish mounted to a wooden wall plaque turns its head and moves its mouth along with the tune.

A man who was suspected of driving under the influence was seen behind the wheel with bare feet and wearing only a pair of novelty alcohol-related underpants with his shirt when police pulled him over.

In the early morning hours of April 12, an officer reportedly saw a Dodge truck being operated erratically. The vehicle was said to have been veering between the painted lines on the road and the officer determined there was reason to perform a traffic stop.

Before the driver pulled over he allegedly slowed down the truck and threw what the officer believed was a black colored object out of the vehicle from the driver’s side door. He then regained his speed and pulled over in the parking lot of a nearby hotel.

After work on the evening of April 17, a woman entered her home to find a stranger bathing in her tub and eating cheese curls.

29-year-old Evelyn Elaine Washington of Monroe, Louisiana, reportedly entered a home without permission and shed her clothing before drawing herself a bath and climbing in. She also allegedly helped herself to a plate of food that belonged to the person residing in the home.

Around 5:00 p.m. the occupant returned home from work and stumbled upon Washington in the tub in the nude. The woman reportedly witnessed Washington consuming Cheetos while soaking in the water, with a plate of food resting on the toilet in reach of the bath.

A mother is facing several charges after a police investigation led authorities to suspect that she was giving drugs to her 2-year-old and encouraging the child to use the substances.

In mid-January, authorities received a tip from a person reporting that they allegedly knew of a woman who was exposing her baby to methamphetamines and marijuana. It was also reported that the woman, identified as 20-year-old Kaitlyn Ecker, was permitting the child to partake in use of the illicit substances.

The Wakulla County Sheriff’s Department’s Persons Crimes Unit of the Criminal Investigations Division began looking into the claim and spoke with people who had been in contact and proximity of Ecker. During their statements, several of them confirmed that Ecker allegedly gave the child drugs and that she was even known to joke that the toddler was able to “roll joints.”

A 46-year-old man was arrested for allegedly dropping his pants in a supermarket parking lot while he proceeded to kick trashcans and punch cars.

When Indian River County Sheriff’s Department deputies entered the parking lot of a Publix supermarket in a Vero Beach, Florida, on the evening of Thursday, April 19 they discovered a man, later identified as Wisconsin native Jonathan Boettcher, sweating heavily and acting erratically. Boettcher was allegedly screaming while his pants and underpants were pulled down, and he was reportedly waving his arms wildly.

Boettcher was approached and questioned by a deputy regarding the behavior he was allegedly displaying. He disclosed that he had only consumed one beer and smoked a portion of a marijuana cigarette in a homeless camp located in the back of the market. He further stated that he removed his pants because one of his friends had driven by and mooned him causing him to drop his drawers and respond in kind, and his perspiration was caused by the hot weather that he was unaccustomed to.
