Northern Florida resident 49-year-old Douglas Peter Kelly reportedly bought what he believed was methamphetamine from a drug dealer.

On the morning of June 9, Christopher McCurdy, a 48-year-old Desert Hot Springs resident, had allegedly shown up at the residence of someone with whom he was acquainted and assaulted the homeowner. He then took items from inside the house into his possession and ran away.
The authorities were notified while McCurdy was in the process of the alleged burglary and they began heading to the scene just after 9:00 am. On the way to the home, the officers were alerted by radio and told by the dispatchers that McCurdy had left the premises and was at large.
On Saturday evening, a grandmother of two was arrested and accused of endangering her grandchildren when she took a drive with them placed in dog kennels in the back of her SUV for the trip.
Tennessee resident 62-year-old Leimome Cheeks is the grandmother of two children, ages 7 and 8. According to testimony given by some of her neighbors, she is known for being a good person and has often been seen outside playing with her grandchildren and dogs.
Cheeks reportedly took a road trip on the 95-degree evening going from Whitehaven to Collierville, with the children in tow. Cheeks had recently gotten two puppies and had their kennels in the rear of her vehicle. Her SUV was allegedly too full of items to allow the children to use the standard seats, so Cheeks asked them to ride in the kennels for the 30-minute trip instead.
On Tuesday, June 5, a 19-year-old young man who is suspected of having been under the influence of alcohol navigated his vehicle onto a golf course where he allegedly drove erratically until crashing into a sand trap.
Jack Robertson, a teenager and a resident of Seminole, was allegedly out driving his car around 6:30 pm on Tuesday while he was reportedly inebriated.
Robertson made his way to the Bayou Country Club near his home and allegedly drove his car onto the grassy fairway of the golf course. Members of the club that were present reported that they saw Robertson driving his vehicle around the course and doing donuts. After a short time, Robertson allegedly ended up getting stuck when he crashed his car into a sand trap.
On June 6, an executive at a company in Anaheim was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement that reportedly took place over the span of seven or more years. He is now facing several felony charges for the allegations.
Jeffrey Joseph Lenhardt has been the general manager of Foam Plastics and Rubber Products in Anaheim since September of 1990. Twenty-four years later in November of 2014, another worker at the company allegedly found discrepancies that led to suspicion of Lenhardt’s activities when noticing a cash transaction that was not written in the business ledger.
Lenhardt, who reportedly started his fraudulent behavior by offering customers off-the-books purchases of leftover pieces of materials from the shop that would have otherwise been refuse, is accused of accepting cash for the transactions without recording them.
An 18-year-old who was sleeping at his friend’s house on June 3 has been arrested for allegations that he attempted to rape his friend’s mother during the middle of the night.
Jordan Corter of Arlington, Texas, was staying over at his friend’s house for a social visit on Sunday night. When his friend’s mother was about to turn in she removed all of the alcohol in the house from the common areas and brought it in her bedroom. She then went to bed and locked the door to her room.
In the early hours on Monday morning near 2:30 am, Corter allegedly tapped on the woman’s secured door. The mom cracked the door a little to see who was knocking and Corter reportedly forced his way inside of her room and pushed her onto her bed. When he had the woman on her back he allegedly stuck his hands down the front of her pajama bottoms.

Kiel, Wisconsin, resident Jonathan Tilman Lane was a contract worker from another company who was placed on a job assignment working as a part of the processing line making sausage at Johnsonville Sausage, LLC.
On March 25, Lane reported to his supervisor about finding a piece of paper inside of one of the sausages on the line. Three days later he approached the supervisor again and said that he had discovered a wire connector in a piece of sausage.
