31-year-old Jacqueline Ades made an account on the website and began communicating with a man with whom she desired a love relationship. Last summer the man took Ades out for a date in person and she allegedly wanted to continue seeing him regularly.

The parents of a 10-year-old boy who allegedly created an online campaign to raise donations for expenses related to their son’s cancer have been accused of fraudulently accepting the funds after authorities discovered that the boy did not have the disease.

GoFundMe is an online platform designed to host fundraisers created by the general public who are seeking donations for personal needs. People have collected money for causes such as gaining assistance with finances when going through rough times, help with funding independent films, and a limitless number of other causes.

A man who went to a Waffle House Restaurant in North Carolina is facing charges of resisting arrest after his arguing with the staff of the establishment resulted in a call to the police. A responding officer allegedly ended up choking and roughly handling the suspect which was caught on video and has opened an investigation into the event.

22-year-old Anthony Wall and his 16-year-old sister attended her high school prom together on Saturday. After the dance, they went to Waffle House Restaurant for something to eat.

Wall allegedly became upset for a reason that has not been disclosed and he began to argue with the staff members. The verbal fight escalated to the point that the authorities were notified and the incident was reported.

On the afternoon of March 7, a mother reportedly left her 2-year-old son locked inside of her SUV in the heat for over half an hour while she was shopping.

On Monday around 2:45 p.m. Mt. Juliet police received a call from someone stating that they were concerned upon discovering a young child by himself in a vehicle in the parking lot at a Walgreens store.

Officers dispatched to the location and observed the toddler alone inside of the parked car. The boy was allegedly crying and soaked with perspiration from the heat and the police determined that he needed to be removed from the vehicle. One of the officers broke the window in order to retrieve the boy and paramedics arrived to make sure that he did not need medical assistance. They found him to be in good condition.

An Indiana man is facing charges for allegedly engaging in behavior deemed sexual in nature with two young girls on separate occasions.

Dylan Hyde met a young lady through a mutual friend a few months ago and the two decided to continue getting to know each other. 19-year-old Hyde was under the impression that the girl was 13-years-old, but he later learned that she was 12.

Hyde allegedly began proposing that the teen share pictures of herself without clothing on, which she reportedly complied with. Hyde, using the Snapchat application, then sent the girl naked pictures and recordings of himself which contained sexual behavior.

A federal investigation of a company in Irvine that offers financial and insurance services has led to charges for three executives of the firm who have allegedly been found to have stolen investments totaling over $4 million from several elderly clients.

50-year-old Mehmet Fatih Biyikoglu is the CEO and founder of Five Star Financial Services, LLC, a financial management and insurance firm in Orange County. 58-year-old Anna Marie Holt serves as the company’s president and chief operating officer, and Ida Shaghoian, 38, was a sales agent who was also once married to Biyikoglu.

The company practices have been under investigation that has led to accusations against Biyikoglu, Holt, and Shaghoian purporting that between 2014 and 2015 they recruited clients, typically elderly people, and assured them that if they invested into certificates of deposit they would earn significant returns. Instead of taking the clients’ money and putting it into a JP Morgan Chase Bank CD account as promised, the suspects have been accused of taking over $4 million in investments and using the cash for personal items such as real estate, jewelry, and expensive automobiles.

Within a few hours of their beach wedding ceremony, a Florida couple is facing charges after they became intoxicated and had a physical altercation.

Davenport, Florida, couple 61-year-old Daniel Gillen, and his new bride, 49-year-old GeGee Riposta, had their wedding ceremony on Clearwater Beach on Sunday, April 29.

During the celebration following their exchange of vows the newlyweds allegedly imbibed a bit too much causing them to become intoxicated. Gillen and Riposta then spent what most people consider one of the happiest days of their lives quarreling on and off throughout the affair.

A Kansas man who was allegedly highly intoxicated was found by authorities while in the middle of attempting to have sex with an automobile on Tuesday.

On May 1 a 24-year-old man whose identity has not been disclosed was reportedly very drunk and also suspected of being under the influence of narcotics when he climbed beneath a vehicle and tried to insert his penis into the tailpipe.

When officers from the Newton Police Department arrived several of them tried to ask the man to stop, but he allegedly behaved in a manner suggesting that he did not realize anyone else was present and he continued attempting to insert his privates into the pipe. After their failed attempts to reason with the man police made the decision to employ the use of a taser to subdue him.

A Newport Beach man has been charged with felony offenses after he reportedly held his wife against her will while torturing and abusing her using several methods, including waterboarding.

36-year-old Richard David Schlosser and his 65-year-old wife of two months share a home in Newport Beach.

On January 6 around 10:15 a.m. someone notified the authorities and told them that they feared something was wrong with the woman inside the couple’s home. Police dispatched to the location and reported that they had “reason to believe a crime had occurred.”

A mother who had left her three children unattended at home for a time is facing charges after the authorities discovered the kids outdoors and allegedly very intoxicated.

On Monday, April 30, three young children from Gastonia, NC, were allegedly left at home alone while their mother went out. During their time without a responsible adult in charge, the juveniles reportedly discovered a bottle of Grey Goose vodka and decided to help themselves to the contents.

After allegedly consuming enough of the alcohol to result in what authorities reported as a “heavily intoxicated” state, the children left the home and wandered outside. While outdoors the eldest child, a 7-year-old girl, had defecated and then proceeded to pretend she was engaging in sexual behavior with one of her younger brothers. She additionally was said to have made an attempt to get into a laundry room and smashed the protective glass encasing a fire extinguisher in order to obtain the device.
