A sheriff’s deputy in Texas allegedly took female suspects of criminal activity to remote areas and reportedly strip-searched them without legal cause.

49-year-old Floyd Berry has worked in law enforcement in Bexar County for the past 9-years.

Beginning on November 4 and spanning over the following 10-days, Berry allegedly performed traffic stops on several vehicles holding women who were in legal trouble, such as having active warrants.

When a man was making too much noise while his girlfriend was trying to sleep, she reportedly responded to the excessive loudness by physically attacking him with pieces of a faux Christmas tree.

38-year-old Krystall Graham and her boyfriend of 8-years reside in Clearwater, Florida with two children, ages 8 and 2, one of which was fathered by Graham’s boyfriend.

On the morning of December 5, Graham was asleep while her boyfriend was awake and watching television. He reportedly had it turned up to a volume that was disturbing her slumber.

A Riverside County woman is facing several charges after she was subjected to a pedestrian check which allegedly produced 14-grams of methamphetamine that the authorities believed she planned to distribute to others.

Just before 5:00 on December 4, La Quinta Special Enforcement Team deputies believed they had reason to perform a “pedestrian check” on a woman walking down a street in La Quinta, California.

After approaching her, and while interacting with the woman, identified as 29-year-old Naicia Welch from La Quinta, the law enforcement agents allegedly discovered that she was holding a substance that they believed was methamphetamine.

An employee of a Georgia restaurant reportedly called out from his shift because he was too inebriated to perform his job, and later allegedly attempted to steal money from the establishment at gunpoint.

Kentarias Gowans is a 20-year-old man from Flowery Branch who works for the Oakwood Steak n Shake restaurant.

On Thanksgiving, Gowans was reportedly scheduled to work a shift but he called in beforehand to alert them that he would not be coming in due to the fact that he had consumed too much alcohol.

A Florida man allegedly left a young boy by himself on the side of the road near a police department after becoming convinced that the boy was gay.

On the evening of December 1, a person notified the authorities after they allegedly witnessed a man and a young boy inside a vehicle on the highway that runs in front of the Haines City Police Department. The witness alleged that the child got out of the car at the side of the road, as the driver made a U-turn and left the area and left the child without supervision.

The police department was closed at the time, and an officer found the child when he went to the location to investigate the report made by the concerned citizen.

A man who escaped arrest on Live PD for alleged reckless operation of his vehicle was taken into custody after viewers of the television show, in addition to the suspect’s “Crime Pays” forehead tattoo, assisted the police in tracking him down.

On November 30, Live PD aired an episode with a featurette which showed a suspect driving his vehicle down the road with the headlights turned off.

When the Terre Haute police began to pursue the car in an attempt to get the driver to pull to the side of the road, the suspect reportedly began to greatly increase the speed of the vehicle. Before the officers caught up to the man his car was shown veering off the road and slamming into a tree.

On Black Friday, police apprehended a man from Virginia after he was allegedly found inside his vehicle in a North Carolina Kohl’s parking lot without any clothing, and smoking marijuana.

When a Knightdale police officer was patrolling in the Knightdale Kohl’s parking lot, he reportedly caught a whiff of what he believed was marijuana.

The officer sought out the source of the smell, and after searching the parked vehicles he reportedly came across a man seated inside a car that had the window rolled down. When the officer got closer he noticed that the man sitting in the driver’s seat was not wearing any clothes.

The mother of a 7-year-old girl in North Carolina was taken into custody after one of her relatives called the authorities and claimed that the child was being abused.

26-year-old Thao Thanh Nguyen and her 7-year-old daughter live in High Point, North Carolina.

On November 25, the High Point Police Department was notified by one of Nguyen’s family members who informed the authorities that they believed the woman was physically abusing her child.

An Arizona man with a felony criminal record was arrested when he allegedly snagged a burrito from a stranger’s hands and walked off with it.

When a man on a Phoenix street was enjoying a burrito, he was reportedly approached by an unfamiliar man who allegedly began to speak to him in a threatening manner. Before long, the stranger allegedly grabbed the burrito from the man and strolled off with the food in his hand.

The alleged victim contacted the Phoenix Police Department to report the incident and he kept the call connected until officers arrived.

A Florida man driving a truck with a “Don’t Drink and Drive” bumper sticker was accused of ignoring the message and causing a 3-car accident.

Just after 8:00 pm on November 22, a Largo resident was reportedly driving a truck at an estimated speed of 35-40 mph when his vehicle crashed into the back of a car that was idle behind another stopped vehicle.

From the strong impact of being rear-ended at that speed, the first car was lurched forward and smashed into the car in front of it.
