Early on Sunday morning, the New York City Metro Police received a report about a man who was at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Broadway allegedly causing a scene by being combative with a hot dog vendor.

When officers arrived at the location they noted that the vendor’s stand was knocked over.

The authorities began to speak with the stand operator, who said that he does not intend to pursue charges for the incident, and the man informed them that the suspect approached him and began acting in a belligerent and hostile manner. During the altercation, the suspect allegedly expressed his frustration by grabbing hold of the hot dog cart and flipping it over.

When a man was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol based on the smell of his breath, he reportedly told the authorities it was his girlfriend who had imbibed and the scent lingered in his mouth from their kissing.

On November 15, the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report about an automobile that had ended up in a ditch on the side of the road when the driver lost control of the vehicle.

The deputies encountered 20-year-old Trevor Smith at the site of the accident, and they got the impression that he had been drinking alcoholic beverages when they caught a whiff of his breath.

A Florida man is suspected of nearly causing a vehicle to crash after he allegedly stole a piece of heavy machinery from a local business and drove it down the road.

On Monday night, a passerby made a report to the authorities stating that they saw a man using a piece of clothing to protect himself from injury as he scaled a barbed-wire fence surrounding a business. The caller also reportedly watched as the man made it over the barrier and into the lot.

A front loader inside the business lot was reportedly taken by the suspect, and an officer in the vicinity stated that he witnessed the suspect leaving the lot and watched as the man began driving down the street in the piece of construction equipment.

A University of Miami professor who helped to author a book about organized crime has been accused of laundering money through Venezuela.

73-year-old Bruce Bagley is a University of Miami professor and collaborator on the book “Drug Trafficking, Organized Crime and Violence in the Americas Today,” released in 2015. He reportedly has an extensive and impressive resume revolving around the topics discussed in the book.

After investigating 17 alleged bank deposits made between 2017 and 2019, the authorities have accused Bagley of starting fake businesses so that he would have accounts in which to store money he was allegedly pilfering from deals he made in Venezuela. According to the indictment, the accounts appeared to be closed after not filing the required annual reports.

The uncle of a little league ballplayer was accused of assaulting the umpire of his nephew’s game when he disagreed with a call made by the official.

On November 15, a little league game was played at the Highland City Ball Park in Lakeland, Florida.

The umpire officiating the game made a call that reportedly caused the uncle of one of the players to get angry, and the man allegedly decided to confront the umpire after the game concluded.

A woman has been accused of starting a fire inside her ex-boyfriend’s home in an alleged emotional response to learning that he was having an affair with another woman.

47-year-old Tyetha Moore and her boyfriend resided together in a Pensacola, Florida, home until approximately a week ago when the woman reportedly parted ways with her man and moved out.

Early in the morning on November 7, Moore reportedly started speaking with some of her former neighbors and requested that they let her borrow some gasoline.

On Sunday evening, a Florida man was driving his Honda down US Highway 19 when police reportedly saw him racing down the road and operating his vehicle recklessly.

An officer with the Tarpon Springs Police Department initiated a traffic stop and approached the driver, identified as 52-year-old Jon Earl Pickard from Palm Beach.

The highway reportedly had a posted speed limit of 55 miles-per-hour, but the officer alleged that Pickard was going approximately 35-miles over the maximum.

When a man reportedly decided he would use an electric shopping cart for transportation so he would not get in trouble for driving his vehicle after consuming alcohol, he was instead charged for taking off with a store’s property.

Just after midnight on November 10, someone placed a call to the Terrebonne Parrish Sheriff’s Department to let them know that a motorized shopping cart from Walmart that was meant for disabled shoppers was parked in a bar’s lot.

A deputy dispatched to the Houma, Louisiana, watering hole where the shopping cart was allegedly seen in a parking spot with a car on each side of it.

A suspect has been accused of taking advantage of a 75-year-old woman who survived the Camp Fire by allegedly stealing over $63,000 from the insurance money issued to cover the victim’s losses.

In 2018, the Camp Fire, one of the worst fires California has ever experienced, forced an estimated 50,000 to relocate from their residences in addition to consuming the lives of several people.

At the end of July, the authorities learned about a 75-year-old woman who had lost her home in the fire and had received a check from her insurance company to assist her with the catastrophic event. They reportedly found that a 29-year-old California resident, Brenda Rose Asbury, had allegedly found a way to extract $63,100 from the woman’s settlement money.

A high school student who reportedly filmed a classmate while they were masturbating in the bathroom on campus allegedly passed the video around the school, and he is being charged with a felony for the accusations.

In an incident that was believed to have occurred last week, 18-year-old Armando Flores was in the bathroom at Braden River High School where he is enrolled as a student.

While he was there, Flores reportedly noticed that one of the other students appeared to be masturbating inside of a stall and he allegedly grabbed his cell phone to record the act. Flores was said to have angled the camera over the top of the restroom stall to capture the video.
