When a Florida man was pulled over by police he allegedly tried to ditch a drug pipe out his vehicle window, but the object reportedly hit one of the officers in the face as he approached.

61-year-old Derry West is an ex-convict who lives in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

On April 21, West was reportedly driving his Honda truck near his home when officers working in the area purported that the required amount of light to see the man’s license plate was not present.

A couple was arrested after reportedly being caught in the act of having sex in public while adjacent to a local St. Petersburg hospital.

On March 2, just after 9:30 pm, 45-year-old Ann Marie Tucker and 37-year-old Albert Singletary were allegedly hanging out near St. Anthony’s Hospital.

While in view of the passersby, and rather close to a sign posted that was marked to deter trespassers, Tucker and Singletary allegedly removed their clothing in the public space and began to partake in a public sexual encounter.

On Sunday evening, a Florida man was driving his Honda down US Highway 19 when police reportedly saw him racing down the road and operating his vehicle recklessly.

An officer with the Tarpon Springs Police Department initiated a traffic stop and approached the driver, identified as 52-year-old Jon Earl Pickard from Palm Beach.

The highway reportedly had a posted speed limit of 55 miles-per-hour, but the officer alleged that Pickard was going approximately 35-miles over the maximum.

A man who was reportedly found with narcotics on his person allegedly said that the sock in which the substance was discovered belonged to someone else.

In the pre-dawn hours on Saturday, an Austintown police officer was on duty when he spotted a Mercedes that was allegedly steered into a driveway without the implementation of the blinker.

After the vehicle parked at the residence, the officer executed a traffic stop and approached the driver’s side to explain the reason for his presence.

A man has been accused of inappropriate sexual behavior toward a teenage girl after the authorities saw pictures he allegedly digitally sent to her, some of which were reported as showing his tattooed privates.

A 16-year-old female student recently told a safety officer at her high school that she had gotten text messages from a man that was a mentor at the outreach program she is a part of. The girl stated that the pictures were illicit in nature and that she did not ask for or expect them. One of them was allegedly a shot of the words “Fun Size” tattooed on the suspect’s penis.

The unique tattoo of the miniature Snicker’s candy bar catchphrase in addition to the other reported details led the authorities to suspect that Joshua Louis Hillyard, a 28-year-old man who provided mentoring for the outreach program, was the man the alleged victim spoke of.

The police allegedly saw a driver while he was in the middle of receiving fellatio and smoking what they believe was crack while stopped at a red light.

Detectives in an unmarked car were driving within two blocks of the police station when they reportedly stopped at a red light and saw the driver of a Chrysler engaging in what they believed were illegal activities.

When they approached the automobile and tried to tell the driver that he would need to pull over, the light turned green and he allegedly sped away.

A man and woman reportedly entered a stranger’s home without permission, and in addition to taking the resident’s belongings they also allegedly helped themselves to the household amenities.

When a woman arrived at her home and noticed a truck that she didn’t recognize parked in her driveway she became concerned and notified the authorities. While awaiting their arrival she dialed a family member and he came to her home.

The alleged victim’s relative went into the house with a firearm which he used to keep the suspects from leaving the scene before the police arrived.

A high school teacher in Indiana has been accused of using drugs on school grounds inside of her classroom after students witnessed her snorting powder and one of them video recorded her on a cell phone.

Samantha Cox, an English teacher at Lake Central High School, had been inside of her empty classroom on Wednesday when she allegedly went into a corner where she believed she would not be seen in order to snort an illicit substance.

Students began to arrive outside of the classroom and they spotted Cox trying to be inconspicuous in the far corner. When they became aware of what she was doing one of them pulled out a cell phone and began documenting her drug use. The video was then uploaded to social media, but it has yet to be officially authenticated.

According to Rutherford police, a Hackensack attorney who specializes in DUI cases let himself into the Rutherford, NJ home of an unsuspecting couple late on Saturday afternoon. They were further bewildered by the man’s attire which consisted only of a t-shirt and a pair of high heels.

He allegedly came into the home through an unlocked door while the husband and wife were watching television. Upon entering he announced, “I’m here!” He was bottomless and wearing a snug black T-shirt and black high heels at the time.

The astonished husband called 911 to report the incident, and when he noticed the intruder’s vehicle was parked in their driveway he wrote down the license plate number. The man reportedly realized he was in the wrong house and promptly returned to his car and drove away.
