A school bus driver in southern Florida is facing charges after allegedly yanking the hair of a 6-year-old and encouraging students to bully the child.

According to reports, a youngster in Miami was having a tough time while riding the school bus. The driver allegedly added to his struggle by telling the other students they were allowed to torment him. Afterward, he was reportedly involved in a few incidents. It was reported that in one instance he was struck by a student, and in another, he hit his head when he was shoved onto the floor of the bus. His 10-year-old sister, who is also a passenger, was allegedly told by the driver that she should stay quiet about the incidents.

On the afternoon of November 20, an event reportedly happened involving the child and the driver’s 6-year-old daughter. When his sister noticed the situation, she intervened to create a barrier between him and the girl. The bus driver allegedly responded by yanking the boy’s hair and telling him “never to touch his daughter.” The youngster told his parents what occurred, and the following day they notified the authorities.

A toddler who tested positive for cocaine was reportedly horribly burned by his babysitter, who allegedly denied him medical care for days after the incident occurred.  

38-year-old Natoyia Danelle Barbee lives in Durham, North Carolina.

Last Sunday, 35-year-old Kyle Clark was reportedly driving a Volkswagen Jetta in Chicago.

A 38-year-old off-duty police officer with the Chicago Police Department and his passenger were driving down the same road at the same time as Clark.

A father is facing charges for reportedly driving the car his child fired paintballs from, and the boy was shot and injured when someone returned fire with a real gun.

26-year-old Michael Williams lives in Opa-locka, Florida, and he has a 10-year-old son.

In the evening on May 30, Williams was reportedly approached by his son, who asked his dad to give him a ride to a nearby house.

A woman accused of driving the getaway car for an alleged package thief reportedly struck a police officer with her car while trying to escape during her detainment.

On the afternoon of December 4, 26-year-old Megan Rozak was reportedly driving around a residential neighborhood with 38-year-old Stephan Wisnewski in the passenger seat.

The Lynwood Police Department received a complaint from someone saying that they could see package thieves in the process of stealing from nearby porches.

47-year-old Richard Ermand Carbone lives with his family in a home in Punta Gorda.

In the middle of June, Carbone’s wife was placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant.

An unmasked Florida man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting an elderly man shopping at a gas station convenience store due to a disagreement over social distancing protocol.

On the evening of September 8, a 24-year-old man and a 70-year-old man were both frequenting the Citgo gas station convenience store.

The elderly man noticed that the younger shopper was not wearing a face covering, and he assessed the distance between the two was much closer than the 6-foot protocol meant to protect against the possible spread of COVID-19.

A man is facing charges after he allegedly allowed a 12-year-old girl in his care to operate his SUV at a reported speed of 85 MPH.

Shaun Michaelsen is a 41-year-old resident of Jupiter, Florida.

On June 8, Michaelsen was reportedly caring for his female friend’s 12-year-old daughter and one of the preteen’s friends for a couple of days.

A Florida woman was arrested and charged after she allegedly allowed a 13-month-old child to overdose while in her home and care.

33-year-old Nicole Ciufi lives in an apartment in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.

In the evening on May 15, Ciufi reportedly had a 13-month-old child at her apartment for whom she was providing care.

The supervisor of a non-profit school for at-risk children was arrested after allegedly failing to report the situation when a 12-year-old boy was seriously injured as an alleged result of a physical altercation with a behavioral interventionist. 

On February 11, at the AMIkids Pinellas Park location, a 12-year-old boy who attends school there reportedly started misbehaving and skipped the lunch line.

A behavioral interventionist that was on duty at the time reportedly stepped in and ushered the child to a room that the school calls “Opportunity Room,” which is usually used for taking tests and computer lab assignments.
