Two Florida preteens were reportedly discovered in the bathroom of their middle school with weapons that they are suspected of having planned to use to kill other students.

On Monday, a student at Bartow Middle School reported that they were worried about a rumor circulating concerning the safety of the children who attend the school. Police were stationed on campus the following day as a precaution.

On Tuesday morning, a recording from the school called one of the student’s mothers and it left a message to let her know that her daughter wasn’t accounted for during attendance. Her mother called back and said that there must have been an error because her child was at school.

On Friday afternoon, a woman who had allegedly been physically abused and was being held at gunpoint covertly handed a note to employees at her veterinarian’s office during a visit for her dog and asked them to notify the authorities.

Carolyn Reichle, and her boyfriend, 39-year-old Jeremy Floyd, share a home together in Volusia County. On Wednesday evening the couple was arguing over a fidelity accusation and Floyd reportedly assaulted Reichle throughout the night and used a loaded handgun to stop her from leaving the house. He allegedly held her under threat for two days while she recovered in bed from the beating.

28-year-old Reichle reasoned with Floyd on Friday, telling him that their dog was not well and needed to be taken to the veterinarian’s office for treatment, and he eventually gave in to her requests.

46-year-old Kristina Petrie and her husband of 15 years share a home in Aspen Hill with their two autistic sons. Kristina is a stay-at-home parent while her husband Andrew reportedly has a full-time professional career. 33-year-old Ah Le Fang resides in Fullerton with his mother Lu Thao, her boyfriend and his sister. Late one evening Fang began arguing with his sister resulting in closing himself into his bedroom and refusing to open the door. When his mother attempted to communicate with him, Fang allegedly emerged from his room with a knife in his hand and stabbed 50-year-old Thao in the stomach, and her 75-year-old boyfriend in the arm. Richard Dabate, a 40 year old man from Connecticut, was charged with the alleged murder of his wife after the police found electronic evidence which included data from her Fitbit fitness tracker.

In December 2015, Dabate told the police that he left his home to go to work at 8:30 a.m., but then received an alert from his home security system, that the alarm had been activated. Dabate claimed to have emailed his boss from his car to let him know he would be late for work. But, the evidence had indicated that the alarm had not been activated, and that Dabate had actually emailed his boss from his laptop at home. Dabate also allegedly checked the time of his wife’s exercise class from his laptop.

Dabate had told police that he was unable to stop an intruder from shooting and killing his wife after she had returned home from her exercise class. The Fitbit data records, however, told a different story. The data showed Connie Dabate’s movement up until 10:15 a.m. on the day she was killed in December 2015, almost an hour after Richard Dabate claimed she had died. Dabate claimed that he confronted an intruder after he returned to his home around 9 a.m. and that his wife returned home during the confrontation.

A Pennsylvania man, Andre Price, has been charged with child endangerment and the mother of his children has been charged with murder after she sent him angry text messages threatening to kill the children and a lifeless video of one child and he failed to respond.

The woman allegedly believed that Price wasn’t coming home so that he could be with another woman. In dozens of text messages she said “your kids ain’t safe here,” “come get them I don’t want them here” and “answer me or I am going to jail for child endangerment”. About an hour into the rant the woman allegedly sent a text message saying “I’m killing them,” followed by a laughing emoji with tears coming from its eyes. She then sent a lifeless video of the couple’s son.

The woman herself eventually called 911. Police found the boy dead on an air mattress. The woman has been charged with murder and child endangerment for endangering the life of the boys younger sister, who was present during the incident.
