Crystal Jean Denham, 33, lives in Corban, Kentucky. It is reported that she is a neighbor to her cousin Michael.

In the middle of the afternoon on July 19, 42-year-old Heather Ann Kennedy reportedly decided she wanted to take a swim, but she did not have a pool.
According to an affidavit, Kennedy went searching for a pool and ended up in a neighborhood approximately 2-miles from her residence.

On April 13. Walton reportedly contacted the woman in what she implied was a threatening and frightening interaction.
