In Wesley Chapel on Thursday, employees of a Target reported a vehicle in their parking lot being driven by a man they believed resembled someone recently known for publicly exposing himself in store parking lots in the area.

The man, identified as 69-year-old Robert Digiacomo, had an active warrant for his arrest filed by the state district attorney when he didn’t show up for a mid-September court appearance. The case that the warrant was issued for is regarding a prior incident that reportedly happened in March for suspicion of exposure of sexual organs, in which it has been asserted that Digiacomo made a habit of touching himself in parking lots in the view of the public after more than one person complained that they had seen him in action.
