A couple in Florida was arrested during a traffic stop after the police reportedly found them living in a filthy vehicle with a toddler, and the child was allegedly covered with roaches. 

At approximately 11:30 PM last Tuesday night, officers with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department saw a Chevrolet on the road that was reportedly being driven erratically.  

When they approached the vehicle, the deputies reported that three adults and a toddler were inside. They also noted that the car was littered with empty food containers and other garbage.

A Las Vegas mother and her boyfriend have been accused of abusing her 2-year-old child after he went into cardiac arrest and serious injuries were found on the boy. 

33-year-old Dominque Richard has a 2-year-old son, and she is currently pregnant. The woman has a 32-year-old boyfriend. 

At the end of April, Richard watched as her son’s body suddenly dropped to the floor and he struck his head.

A mother of three was accused of going to a club and leaving her children at home alone after her toddler was reportedly found outside and asleep on the sidewalk. 

25-year-old Shyla Heidelberg has three young children, and they live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. 

Last weekend, Heidelberg allegedly left her home and went to a local club, and she reportedly left her children at home by themselves.

A Florida woman was arrested after she allegedly put the child she was babysitting inside of a clothes dryer and turned the machine on, causing the boy to get injured. 

It is reported that 35-year-old Amber Christine Chapman babysits for a 4-year-old boy on a regular basis. 

On February 2, after Chapman reportedly provided childcare for the toddler, he was eating dinner with his mom when he told her that he was feeling pain.

A driver who was assumed to be intoxicated and passed out at the wheel was arrested after a child was seen hanging out of the car window by passersby who reported it. 

Last Sunday, 24-year-old Dominick N. Ludwick was driving in Ogden with a 2-year-old girl in the vehicle. 

It was reported that when Ludwick was near a local intersection, he was seen slumping over the wheel of the vehicle. The passersby who spotted him reported that they noticed the car because a young child was hanging out of the window.

A suspect was arrested after he allegedly beat a father and his infant with bricks while the dad was taking a walk with his children, leaving both alleged victims in need of many stitches. 

In the morning on December 19, a man in D.C. was taking a stroll with his two children. His toddler was walking with him while he pushed his 11-month-old daughter in a stroller. 

According to reports, the father was approached from behind by someone who had bricks in a bag.

A mother is facing several criminal charges after she overdosed on heroin in her vehicle with her toddler in the back seat. 

31-year-old Kaitlyn Carringer has a 2-year-old son. 

Carringer and her son were reportedly in a parking lot at a Knoxville, Tennessee grocery store in a Ford F150. The engine was allegedly running, and her child was in the back seat.

Images of an Oregon man accused of raping a child he was babysitting reportedly depict him sexually engaging with a dog, and a dead or unconscious deer. 

32-year-old Damon J. Cervantes resides in Portland.  

On September 25, Cervantes was reportedly babysitting a 3-year-old child. Two additional children, whose relationship to Cervantes was not disclosed, were also at his home.

A 2-year-old was found unharnessed and hidden under a large amount of garbage in his grandmother’s truck when she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Last Sunday evening, 51-year-old Claudia Patterson, who has several prior infractions for driving under the influence of alcohol, was reportedly driving her truck in Memphis with her young grandson in the vehicle.

An officer with the Memphis Police Department was en route to the scene of an incident when they saw Patterson’s truck and asserted the driver was speeding and maneuvering the vehicle unsafely.

The parents of a 4-year-old were reportedly discovered sleeping with a baby and drugs in their residence while their toddler left the dwelling alone and went into a neighbor’s home.

22-year-old Tapanga McCartney and 24-year-old Thomas Raymond live in Ridgebury County, Pennsylvania, with a 1-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son.

On April 12, the Pennsylvania State Police received a report from the neighbor of the family to alert them that the young boy was in her house without any clothing other than a diaper.
