A Nevada woman with three prior DUI arrests was allegedly found with nearly four times the legal BAC resulting in a fourth DUI charge. 

36-year-old Appollonia Kidd lives in Las Vegas. She has three prior charges for driving under the influence. Two misdemeanor charges were incurred in 2014, and a felony charge in 2015. 

Late in the afternoon on November 5, Kidd was reportedly driving in the Paradise area of North Las Vegas.

An attorney in Southern Oregon is facing charges for allegedly paying a woman for sexual favors. 

32-year-old Devin Norwood Driver has been a lawyer since 2016. According to their website, he is currently an attorney at the firm Davis, Freudenberg, Day & Driver in Grants Pass, Oregon. 

Rogue Area Drug Enforcement detectives have recently been investigating drug crimes that they believe are taking place at a Motel 6 in the area.

When a woman was jailed for allegedly driving under the influence, she reportedly took the underwire out of her bra and tried to use it to escape. 

In the evening on Halloween, Susan Mae Sheppard, a 59-year-old living in Central Florida, was reportedly in an automobile accident while driving an SUV. 

It was reported that the collision took place at Walgreens in The Villages.

A man who was allegedly humping a dog was arrested after reportedly assaulting his boyfriend, who caught him in the act. 

33-year-old John Miller lives in Milton with his 50-year-old longtime boyfriend. Miller’s significant other’s mom owns the residence. 

In the evening on November 11, Miller was at home when his boyfriend reportedly discovered him humping their dog.

After a standoff, a man from South Dakota was arrested for reportedly shooting a gun in a gas station store, and it was discovered that he was wanted for sexual assault of a minor.  

According to reports, around 8:30 am on November 16, a man walked into the Airport Market in Stanton, Kentucky. 

The owner of the store reported that the person came into his store and pulled out a gun. The man allegedly asked for cigarettes before ordering the owner to call the authorities. One gunshot was allegedly fired at the ceiling.

Two men were reportedly found smoking methamphetamine in a stolen car that allegedly had been spray painted to change its color. 

Erin Zerfass, 28, and Stacy Wray, 20, are from Lincoln, Nebraska. 

On the evening of November 12, Zerfass and Wray were hanging out on the premises at the Lincoln Airport location of the Sunset Inn and Suites.

A woman from Florida and her ex-husband allegedly got into an argument leading to her stabbing him and running off with their two children. 

32-year-old Di’Last Kellie used to be married, and she has two children, ages 13 and 10. 

In the early evening on November 13th, Kellie was reportedly at her ex-husband’s home in Lake Mary.

A purported protestor who reportedly drove his Jeep erratically in the parking lot at a COVID-19 vaccination clinic was arrested and charged with more than one criminal offense.

On November 11, a New Hampshire state mobile vaccine clinic was set up at the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester. It was reported that it was a special visit to the site because they had just begun giving out the COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5-11.

Several kids were at the location, and the museum arranged for some activities to help create a fun environment. The director of the museum stated that they gave the children chalk and let them draw on the sidewalks, and a bit of music was played for entertainment. It was reported that approximately 400 people were in attendance.

A 4-year-old in Norwalk, California is in a coma in the hospital after his foster mother allegedly nearly beat him to death. 

Gabriela Casarez is a foster mother to a 4-year-old, and they reside in Los Angeles County. 

In the afternoon on October 28, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department learned about a child that may have been subjected to severe abuse. They reported that the child was in immediate need of medical attention, and he was taken to the hospital where he was admitted to the intensive care unit.

A 70-year-old Minnesota woman was arrested after she reportedly clung to a bridge on an Interstate overpass while allegedly holding alcohol and a gun made from aluminum foil.

Jean Ann Hansen is from Minneapolis. In May she was involved in a legal matter involving an assault incident. She spent some time in a facility after being assessed with mental illness.

Hansen was recently released on a provisional discharge.
