A teacher’s aide was approached by a high school student who shared that she was the victim of an alleged rape, and he is facing charges for failing to report the information to the proper authorities.

A girl attending Ridgewood High School in Pasco County, Florida, purportedly suffered a sexual assault and confided in one of the teacher’s aides about the attack.

She later shared the details of the happening with a school resource deputy, and a formal investigation of her claim was opened.

Two employees and a customer at a Massachusetts Dunkin’ Donuts were involved in an altercation leading to assault and battery charges for all three women, and the discharge of the employees from their positions.

During the morning of January 21 34-year-old Sharon Bimbo entered the Tewksbury location of the Dunkin’ Donuts chain accompanied by her husband, her 12-year-old daughter, and her daughter’s dog who serves as the girl’s emotional companion pet. They visited the store in order to address an order from the day before that they said had been incorrect, and they placed an order for a coffee and a muffin while they were there.

The little girl’s dog was allegedly atop one of the tables while the family waited for their order to be prepared, and it caught the attention of the workers who reported it to the manager. The family was approached and the manager explained that they would need to take the dog outside because their policy does not allow emotional service animals in the building.

A woman who was employed by the Villages Daily Sun has been accused of pilfering fraudulent commissions from the company. Several staff members including upper-level executives of the outlet are scheduled for depositions this week.

The Villages Daily Sun in Florida states that it is a part of a media group, and they are the “oldest, largest, and most trusted source of news and information for residents of The Villages community.”

Bellview resident Grace Mimm worked as a sales manager at the Daily Sun for many years. One of her duties was recruiting new customers for the paper, for which she was paid commissions.

A police officer for the New York Police Department was fired for a positive drug test result showing methamphetamines in his system, but the cop has denied the allegations and stated the results were compromised by his apparel.

Nearly 20 years ago the NYPD began implementing drug testing through collection of hair instead of the previously used urine tests. This method was chosen as the best way to ensure officers were not under the influence of narcotics due to the fact that testing the hair is reportedly more reliable, can detect substances in the system for a much longer period, and are less costly than urine sample tests.

33-year-old NYPD officer Brian Quire served on the Manhattan warrant squad and held a position with the police department for 12 years. Quire earned the nickname “Legs” by his colleagues due to his regular choice of shorts for his attire.

On Sunday police discovered a Texas middle-school teacher and her former 15-year-old student together in a hotel room.

29-year-old Crystal Nicole Rodriguez has been a special needs teacher for the past two years at Page Middle School. In addition, she was a girls’ basketball, track, soccer, and volleyball team coach at the San Antonio learning institution.

On February 18 Rodriguez was taken into custody for allegations that she was having a sexual relationship with a former teenage student when the pair was discovered together in a hotel room by the authorities. Rodriguez and the girl were found in bed together, and the police report reflected that Rodriguez gave them a statement confirming a sexual relationship between herself and the purported victim.

A woman who said she saw her fiancé viewing pornographic material while he was masturbating was accused of domestic battery when she responded by physically harming him.

On February 13 Gayle Tindall, a 64-year-old Florida resident, happened upon her soon-to-be husband in the act of masturbation while watching porn. She reportedly became angry with him and they quarreled about it until the man left their home and went to work.

Tindall spent the day upset about the incident, and when her fiancé returned from work around 4:00 p.m. she was tending to outside chores. He went into their residence and Tindall followed shortly after. The couple continued their earlier argument and the man resorted to name-calling which further upset Tindall.

A woman who was operating a vehicle with a child in the back seat was arrested on Thursday for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

30-year-old Stephanie Roque of Miami was driving through Wellington, Florida, with a child passenger when she allegedly stopped her SUV while in the middle of a lane on the road.

A Palm Beach deputy saw the car in the middle of the street and ran a check on Roque’s license plate finding that the woman’s driving privileges had been revoked. When he walked up to Roque he reportedly detected a strong smell of alcohol coming from the SUV. He also stated that she seemed as if she was unable to remain focused while speaking to him.

A Connecticut couple that was reportedly in the midst of a physical fight inside of an automobile was apprehended by officers who discovered four ounces of marijuana and assorted paraphernalia in the vehicle.

On Wednesday evening Josh Wantanabe and his girlfriend Amanda Gordon, both 21-years-old, were allegedly involved in a physical fight while inside a car that was parked in an empty lot near the end of a highway exit ramp.

Just before 8:30 p.m. the Seymour Police Department issued a complaint to the Ansonia Police Department about the altercation and officers from both agencies met at the scene.

A middle school teacher was charged with child abuse after she reportedly forced one of her students to leave the class when he chose not to participate in standing for the Pledge of Allegiance.

On February 1 a physical education teacher who is employed at the Angevine Middle School in Colorado was accused of becoming involved in an altercation with one of her students.

59-year-old Karen Smith, a teacher for the Boulder Valley School District for the past 20 years, allegedly did not approve when one of her students chose to sit instead of standing as is traditional during the Pledge of Allegiance. Smith reportedly grasped the child by his jacket and pulled him to his feet before ushering him out of the room.

A 19-year-old man was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence on Friday after he forced police to chase him for over a mile.

On February 16 at nearly 3:30 a.m. Martin County law enforcement received a call from a citizen who reported that someone was parked in the lot of the Martin County Freewill Baptist Church with their car stereo playing at a disturbingly loud level.

Constables dispatched to the scene to investigate the complaint and they spotted a young man sitting in his vehicle. When they approached him officers believed that he appeared nervous and they returned to their car to run a check on his license plate number.
