The principal of an Oklahoma school is facing legal troubles after allegations regarding the amount of force he used while punishing two elementary school children with a paddle.

50-year-old Gary Gunckel is the principal of Indianola Public Schools in Oklahoma.

On September 6, a 10-year-old and 11-year old boy was punished by Gunckel when he hit them on their behinds with a wooden paddle after they got into a fight at school.

After replicating a scene from the movie Dirty Dancing while allegedly intoxicated inside of a liquor store, one of the two women involved was arrested after being accused of behaving in a disorderly manner.

On September 17, Cindy Barrientos and Mary Crombie reportedly visited the Total Wine & More liquor store in Jensen Beach.

Around 8:00 pm, the pair, who had allegedly already consumed alcohol, began to act out a scene from the 1987 film Dirty Dancing inside of the store. The women then reportedly tried to buy alcohol from the establishment, but they were declined and asked to leave.

While the authorities were responding to an emergency call regarding a possible injury, the man who asked for help is facing charges after they discovered methamphetamine inside of his residence.

On Wednesday, 911 received a call from a man stating that he needed help because he had been injured when he was hit in the head with an ax.

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies went to the address and discovered the man who allegedly placed the call standing in the doorway talking to himself and using obscene language.

An Ohio mom gave her son consent to receive a tattoo and she is facing charges based on a video that was recorded during the procedure that allegedly depicted an unlicensed teenager doing the work in an unclean space.

34-year-old Nikki Dickinson and her son Skylar live in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and Skylar turned 10-years-old in mid-September.

According to Dickinson, her son had been hounding her for quite some time about wanting to get a tattoo. When she said she became tired of him asking she gave him consent for the work to take place a week after his birthday.

When a fraternity house was burglarized on Sunday, the woman that is suspected of entering the home and taking valuables from a bedroom has also been accused of leaving feces at the scene.

Members of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at Oklahoma City University were hanging out in their yard when they reportedly noticed an unfamiliar woman walking by.

Around 30 minutes later, one of the occupants went inside the house and allegedly encountered a woman in his bedroom who had her pants pulled down and was in the middle of defecating.

When a man who shares an apartment with his girlfriend denied her after she asked him to have sex she allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and wounded his face during the argument that ensued.

Katherine Nieves-Tavarez and her boyfriend live together in an apartment in Vero Beach, and on Thursday, just before 3:30 am, they got into an altercation when Nieves-Tavarez allegedly asked the man to engage in sexual relations and he said no.

The argument reportedly escalated when Nieves-Tavarez continued to ask her boyfriend for sex and he repeatedly denied her offer. The authorities were notified and dispatched to inspect the cause of the reported disturbance.

A man from Virginia is facing charges after a Florida officer allegedly found him napping in his underpants inside his vehicle, which reportedly contained marijuana, on the side of the Interstate.

Just before midnight on September 14, a Highway Patrol officer saw a car parked on the side of the road on Interstate 95 with the emergency flashers turned on.

As the officer approached the vehicle it was reported that the man inside was asleep and wearing nothing but a pair of underwear.

The creator of a popular tween channel on YouTube has been accused of a sex crime against an underage actress that was recently contracted for a series on the channel.

A YouTube vlog show called SevenSuperGirls shows new video content each day and the cast is comprised of many young girls between the ages of 8 and 18.

In early August, 55-year-old Ian Rylett who owns the channel which has millions of subscribers reportedly hired a new girl under the age of 16 to act in his production and had her sign a contract for the work she would do.

On a Friday evening, 71-year-old Roger D. Washburn was spending time with two of his friends at his home. They were unsure about who the singer of a popular song was and it became the subject of a debate.

One of the men said that he believed the song was sung by Bruno Mars, but Washburn did not agree. When the man, who has been friends with Washburn for half a century, provided proof of his claim the fight continued.

Washburn allegedly grabbed a handgun and struck his friend in the face and arm with it causing it to fire, but no one was hit by the bullet. His friend reportedly defensively swung at Washburn and the gun fired a second time.

On September 2, people in the Panera Bread parking lot in Norridge, Illinois, were put in the position of learning how they would respond when they saw a 3-year-old in that predicament.

Boguslaw Matlak, his wife Laura Quijano, their child, and a friend of theirs drove to the Panera Bread together in an Audi. While Matlak and his son were outside of the vehicle people said that they saw him stuff the boy into the trunk before yelling at him, closing it, and driving off.
