A Long Island man is facing several weapons charges after police found a large stash of illegal firearms and military gear in his residence when his former high school reported that he had been leaving threatening voicemails.

32-year-old Robert Csak attended the Summit School in Nyack as a teen in 2002. The school specializes in working with children who have emotional and behavior problems and they provide a residential program.

On April 14 police received a call alerting them that the voicemail at the school contained six messages from a person, who was later suspected to be Csak, making alarming threats toward a staff member who had reportedly experienced an unpleasant encounter between himself and the Csak in 2002.

A former Orange County professor is facing charges after police identified him as the alleged perpetrator of two separate incidents last year when women reported to authorities that a man in his vehicle had called them over and pulled down his pants.

Late in the afternoon on September 15, 2017, a 34-year-old woman was strolling down the street in Cerritos when a man driving a white SUV stopped in front of her and beckoned her for directions. As she advanced toward the vehicle she saw that the man had his penis out of his pants. She quickly walked off and called the police to report the incident.

Shortly after the first occurrence, a 19-year-old woman was walking down the street in Artesia when a man driving an SUV called her over to his vehicle. When the driver became visible to the woman she saw that he was in the act of masturbating, and she called the Lakewood Sheriff’s Station to alert them of what she had witnessed.

A substitute teacher who was working in a high school classroom in Connecticut is facing charges for allegations that he encouraged students in the school to participate in “fight club” type activities.

Ryan Avery Fish, a 23-year-old substitute teacher, was working an assignment in a high school math class at Montville High School from August until October of 2017. During his time as their teacher Fish has been accused of allowing the teenagers at the school to form a fight club inside of his classroom. In a statement to the authorities, he said that he permitted the activity in order to “let them be teenagers and let them get their energy out.”

On December 14 one of the 15-year-old students in Fish’s class reported that he was experiencing emotional distress after unwillingly taking part in a fight where he was beaten up and had his belongings stolen by his fellow schoolmates. The DCF Juvenile Court Liaison in Waterford was notified and reported that the alleged victim would be receiving a mental health evaluation from a local hospital in order to assess his condition.

A school board member who alleges she has been pushed to the point of fearing for her personal safety has filed a petition for a permanent restraining order against the blogger who has spent the past few years posting negative and intimidating content against her on his website.

Gina Clayton-Tarvis, a 46-year-old Ocean View School District board member, has been the subject of much criticism about her political beliefs and actions expressed through displeased locals in the online social network communities since she was elected in 2012. Because of the perceived possible threat displayed in some of the online content, Huntington Beach police have occasionally attended the board meetings to be sure the environment remained safe.

Clayton-Tarvin tried to obtain a restraining order against an anti-immigration activist in 2017, but the court deemed that there was not enough evidence to grant her request.

A man was taken into custody on Thursday as the suspected perpetrator of the theft of a tie pin reported missing from a display at a history museum in Arkansas in March.

Judge Isaac Parker sat on the bench of the U.S. Court for the Western District for 21 years, beginning in 1875 and ending in 1896. He became historically known as “The Hanging Judge” for the large number of death sentences handed out to offenders tried in his court. Parker was said to have worn a golden lizard-shaped pin while sitting on the bench.

A Las Vegas elementary school teacher on her way to work last Tuesday morning was placed under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence.

46-year-old April Shepard is a fourth-grade teacher at Tom Williams Elementary School, and she has worked within the Clark County School District for a total of 21 years.

As Shepard entered the school parking lot around 7:30 a.m. on the morning of April 3 she reportedly made impact with two parked vehicles. When she tried to get out of her car she was unable to steady herself and two parents nearby came to her assistance by helping her to stand.

When police allegedly discovered a woman’s purse contained cocaine she told them that she suspected the wind had blown it into her bag.

On March 21 around 10:15 p.m. Port St. Lucie resident Kennecia Posey and three of her friends were riding together in a vehicle. Officer Samuel Pierce of the Fort Pierce Police Department and two fellow officers were on a routine patrol in the vicinity of the car and reportedly spotted automobile weaving in and out of the lane in which it was traveling.

Officer Pierce performed a traffic stop on the Toyota in order to assess the situation. As he advanced upon the vehicle Pierce allegedly detected a potent odor of marijuana coming from inside. Posey and her three companions were asked to exit the car and a search was performed.

A second-grade special education teacher was allegedly hit in the face by a student with autism in her class when she removed his iPad from his possession and he became upset. The teacher has filed battery charges against the child in response to the incident.

DJ, an 8-year-old boy who suffers from autism, is a student in the second grade at the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Autism is defined as a condition which can present itself in a multitude of ways affecting social skills, communication, and behavior. The varying symptoms and manifestations of those with autism have been linked to “different combinations of genetic and environmental influences.” The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that as many as 1 out of every 68 children in America are diagnosed with autism.

A teenage boy called the police for assistance reporting that his mother had tried to wake him up for church on Easter Sunday with a taser. The woman is facing charges for the allegations.

On Easter morning 40-year-old Phoenix resident Sharron Dobbins, a single mother, was in the process of waking her two teenage sons for church.

The boys were giving her a hard time and Dobbins began to get aggravated and upset with their behavior. After telling them to get out of bed because it was “Jesus’ day,” she requested that her 16-year-old ask his friends to go home. He argued saying that his friends did not have to leave and he began using foul language toward his mother.

Three men from Orange County are facing charges after an investigation led authorities to believe they are responsible for selling fentanyl-based fabricated pills made to look like Oxycodone and trick the buyer into thinking their purchases were authentic. The alleged sales took place on the darknet.

The darknet is a hidden portion of the internet that is unavailable unless using specific software to gain access. Though many people associate it with illegal activities most of the content there is reportedly academic information published by universities, databases, and other resources not found through popularly used browsers.

In December 2017 an online store opened through hosts on the darknet such as “Dream Market” and began operating under the profile name of Oxygod. The business, which as of April 4 was still reported as accessible, allegedly serves as an outlet for mail order purchases of the pharmaceutical opioid pain medication Oxycodone.
