While fighting with her ex-boyfriend, a woman allegedly punched the man below the belt resulting in a bloody injury and several charges.

On Saturday, 32-year-old Micaela Huettner reportedly went to her ex-boyfriend’s Huntington Township home and allegedly let herself in, unbeknownst to him, while he was out for the evening.

Upon the man’s homecoming, he entered to find Huettner waiting for him, and she was allegedly in a less-than-friendly mood when she greeted him.

The authorities apprehended a suspect on Christmas Eve after the residents of a dwelling found a bag of feces that someone left burning on their doorstep.

Early Monday morning when it was discovered that something on the front porch of a residence was on fire the occupants notified the authorities after ensuring that everyone in the house was safe.

The fire department and local police arrived at the residence and reported that the source of the blaze was a bag of what was believed to be dog poop that had been ignited. All of the people and the home itself were said to have remained free of damage or injury from the mischief.

When a man and woman got into an argument regarding Christmas dinner plans he allegedly assaulted both the woman and the ham intended for the meal after he reportedly threw the meat at her.

On Sunday night a disagreement between a man and woman started when they didn’t see eye to eye over which day the family should have their Christmas dinner.

The man, 21-year-old David Brannon, allegedly got very upset and picked up the ham that was to be served and threw it, in addition to other dinner items, at the woman.

A man and his son who had been drinking together got into an argument leading to the father alleging that his son had assaulted and bit him during the incident.

21-year-old Jason Eugene Radginski and his father had been drinking alcohol together when things allegedly became aggressive in nature due to a disagreement about Radginski’s mom.

According to the statement given by the alleged victim, Radginski reportedly got physical with his dad by punching him and using his elbow to hit him, as well as biting him in several places.

A patron of a Florida storage facility became involved in an argument leading to a physical fight with a staff member when they took different sides on the issue of the Colin Kaepernick protest that started when he kneeled during the National Anthem in 2006.

When 60-year-old Peter Jordan went to Port Saint Lucie Storage he reportedly began discussing football with one of the employees. The conversation allegedly turned sour when the subject of Colin Kaepernick came up and each of the men had differing opinions on the protest started through his action.

According to the arrest affidavit, Jordan approached the alleged victim when he stepped behind the counter and became verbally aggressive toward him. Things reportedly elevated to the point that a physical encounter ensued, and another employee tried to intervene by stepping between the two men which resulted in an injury to his arm.

On July 24, in Pinellas Park, Florida, an expectant father and his pregnant girlfriend reportedly got into an argument that escalated into a battery charge when the man is said to have intentionally lifted the woman and dropped her to the ground.

Just before 3:00 am on Tuesday, 22-year-old Roldan Lazaro Aleman and his girlfriend who is four months pregnant with his child got into a disagreement when Aleman accused the woman of speaking with another man. Their verbal fight allegedly took a different course when Aleman entered the bedroom and picked the woman up in his arms before dropping her to the floor.

When the Pinellas Park police arrived at the residence and assessed the situation they believed that there was reason to place Aleman, who has a tattoo across his chest that reads, “Family Over Everything,” under arrest.

A gun was fired in Indiana Park on Monday when two grandmothers got into an argument concerning visitation of their grandchild. Both of the women are facing charges and were taken into custody for the allegations.

On June 25, 45-year-old Cristy D. Horton and 47-year-old Tammy Brickles were at Riley Park with their grown children so that one of the women could collect her grandchild for a visit. They had met there after a day that was reportedly filled with disputes between the families because Horton wanted to take her grandson to a fair at the park, and she was told she could not.

The families met at the park just after 6:00 p.m. and the child was inside of one of the cars when the grandmothers reportedly began to argue regarding visitation, and the situation became intense very rapidly. Horton purportedly grabbed a gun, resulting in her son quickly trying to get involved and to take possession of the weapon. At one point during the scuffle, the gun was discharged.

A woman who said she saw her fiancé viewing pornographic material while he was masturbating was accused of domestic battery when she responded by physically harming him.

On February 13 Gayle Tindall, a 64-year-old Florida resident, happened upon her soon-to-be husband in the act of masturbation while watching porn. She reportedly became angry with him and they quarreled about it until the man left their home and went to work.

Tindall spent the day upset about the incident, and when her fiancé returned from work around 4:00 p.m. she was tending to outside chores. He went into their residence and Tindall followed shortly after. The couple continued their earlier argument and the man resorted to name-calling which further upset Tindall.

On December 21, a Florida man who worked as an auxiliary police officer for the Starke Police Department was placed under arrest for driving under the influence after being reported for allegedly drawing a gun on a pedestrian.

When 47-year-old reserve officer Brian Davis was walking across the street near a local establishment called the Whiskey River Bar he slapped the hand of a man who was walking near him. Upon reporting the incident to a Bradford County Sheriff’s Office deputy nearby the man claimed that the encounter led to an argument, and Davis pulled out a gun while making threats toward him. The man was also able to show the officer the GMC truck that Davis was driving.

Davis was inside his truck when the deputy approached him to perform a traffic stop. He was in the driver’s seat, and he had a passenger with him who was identified as his son. Upon inspection it was noticed that the vehicle allegedly contained two cans of open beer and a half full bottle of alcohol. A handgun fitting the description of the weapon used to threaten the man who reported the event was located next to the driver seat.

A frustrated wife reportedly shot two rounds from a gun at the wall above her husband’s head while he was sitting on the commode in their home.

Linda Jean Fahn and her husband Charles have been married for 32 years, and they share a home in Goodyear, Arizona. The couple had been in the midst of a two-days-long argument that came to a boiling point on December 30 while Charles was sitting on the toilet.

Linda, who communicated to law enforcement that she felt as if her husband was not listening to her, entered the bathroom abruptly and discharged two rounds of a firearm into the wall above him in a rather unorthodox attempt to get him to pay attention.
